I was a little skeptic at first because of the mixed reviews but this bed is great and easy to assemble. My friend is in construction so he built this in 1 hour tops. All the holes were in there proper places, I do recommend a DRILL, DO NOT DO IT WITH YOUR HANDS. Literally will take forever, do not stress yourself out like that!

I've always had upholstered headboard, but on the more feminine side. We needed something more masculine, but still very elegant, and this headboard was perfect. And it's really solid and well made.

Definitely not the quickest assembly but looks great once it’s all together! Would agree with others about the gaps.. almost like the manufacturer didn’t properly check dimensions of a queen sized mattress but for a guest bed (or any other really) it’s completely workable! I’d say looks much more expensive than it was!

Sturdy and comfortable. It was time consuming to assemble but worth it. The instructions say to have 2 people to assemble it, that's not nessecary. The color was darker than pictured but not bad

The bed had about 100 parts to it. It took about 4 hours to assemble, bless my husband for soldiering through, but when it was done, I was in love with it. But what I was surprised about was that all the parts where there, some of the directions were scratchy. But we did it.

This bed frame looks great and was pretty easy to put together, but if you have cats I would not recommend it. Because it is not a closed-in bed frame (the headboard doesn’t go down to the ground and is not connected to where the mattress lays), our cats are able to go inside the bed near the headboard, under the mattress, and make a game of scratching around underneath at night. And because the bottom of the frame sits too low to the ground for them to get under that way, it’s like a game to them to get inside and we can’t get them out without pulling up the whole mattress. Random problem, but it’s really just a poor design that will cause you a huge headache if you end up in this situation!

Bed is really good everything is perfect EXCEPT the wood slats it comes with. They are really low quality and 2 of them broke while i was setting up the bed. We are gonna have to spend another 150 or more to get better quality wood slats

Cheaply made materials. Things don’t line up. I don’t recommend at all. If it was easier to return I would have. First off the slats are CHEAP and break easily. You get splinters just trying to get them into the slat holders. First time I sat in the bed I heard a slat snap and break. Second issue is the footboard pre drilled holes did not line up. Took it apart, reassembled and made sure it was all correct and it just didn’t work. Had to drill our own holes so the middle bar had support. Overall this won’t last long with the cheap materials and construction design m. It’s super cute but cheap.

A queen size bed will fit perfectly well in large bedrooms and smaller bedrooms.

Black

When trying to open up a smaller bedroom most people often think about bright colors with light hues, but also there is a stronger advantage for going darker and there is no better way to do that than with a black bed. Black is known to amplify small spaces and also set the right mood in your bedroom space. A black colored bed makes your bedroom fell more intimate and special in ways that you could have never imagined before, something that you would never achieve with any of those bright colors. There is nothing as important as setting the right mood in your bedroom especially if you are a couple since it’s the base of your relationship romantically. A black bed adds a touch of intrigue but still blends right into the bedroom décor colors creating a timeless look.

Blue

A Blue bed creates a soothing soft feeling each time you walk into your bedroom. Just like a breath of fresh air it adds a dreamy feeling and a ton of versatility making it one of the best go to bed colors. In fact blue is one of the best color for sleep as it is very calming. One of the best thing you can do is get yourself a blue bed, according to a recent study an individual with a blue bed or bedroom slept for an approximate of 8 hours. This show cases how good the blue color is since even an average person doesn’t even get 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep. As if that is not good enough 60 percent of people who sleep on a blue bed or bedroom are likely to wake up each morning very happy, after all who wouldn’t after such a great sleep.

Gray

Gray as a color can be somehow depressing and uninspiring especially in a darker bedroom, and as you already know sleeping in a gray bedroom is not as satisfying as sleeping in a brighter bedroom. Gray might not be as inviting as other colors but that doesn’t mean that a Gray bed is not a good choice for your bedroom. All you need to know before choosing a gray bed or any other no so bright colored bed is which bedroom décor is the best for that specific bed color. With a gray bed it can be really advantageous especially if you have an all-white bedroom since it will tone down the general look for your bedroom, creating some form of contrast. In case you have a bright bedroom and you wish to tone down I would definitely recommend for you a gray bed to help tone down your bedroom décor.

Platform

You may be looking for a bed that is timeless and cost-effective and maybe your life quote is "simplicity is beauty," then you can swear by platform beds. A platform bed is a simple bed frame that has a solid foundation capable to hold any type of mattress without the need of a box spring. It also comes with built-in slats to allow airflow and breathability. And since box springs are unnecessary, you can save money if you decide to buy a new mattress.

Though simple, it doesn't mean that this type of bed is boring. Platform beds come from various materials, such wood, metal, and fiberboard. You may even have them upholstered for an added classic touch! Ideal for all ages, they are also available in different sizes: twin, full, queen, and king. For any parent looking for a bed for their young child I would definitely recommend a plastic bed.

Without combining materials, you get a clean and uniform looking bed that will match any bedroom.
