I bought this bed for my son a year ago and don’t regret it one bit! He’ll have this bed up until he’s at least a teenager. He’s 3 years old now. If you’re hesitating, don’t!

I was in the market for a new bed frame and was looking for something with a slim profile that felt sturdy and durable. The cove bed is exactly what I was looking for! The frame is beautiful and so well made. It feels like it's meant to last an entire lifetime and more. I couldn't be happier with my new bed!

Received a full size cove bed in walnut after months of waiting. The headboard is extremely short and the legs are very long. A bit awkward appearance in that regard. Meanwhile the woodwork is very detailed and beautiful. Would suggest a very low profile mattress otherwise the headboard will appear awkwardly short. My existing mattress is 10” and ...Read MoreRead more about Received a full size cove bed inway too tall for this headboard. Read LessRead less about Received a full size cove bed in

I placed an order for a Queen size Cove bed in Oak back around February. The turnaround time for delivery was reasonable considering the delays experienced elsewhere . When the bed arrived and was assembled I pointed out it was broken/incorrectly assembled to the installer. A big shrug was returned. I then spent about 2 weeks trying to g...Read MoreRead more about I placed an order for a Queen sizeet a replacement ordered. Communication from DWR was spotty, infrequent and inefficient. My original sales associate left the company and I was passed around amongst contacts in store. Replacement parts were ordered. I received notification of shipment in early may. From that point on it was a total hassle. The shipping company would only provide a date for delivery with no arrangement or flexibility based off a schedule of the customer. If you can’t make the date you sit in limbo waiting for a reassignment. The shipping company would never call back and DWR was pretty useless. It’s something I had to stay on top of and call every week to move forward. Eventually after 3 months DWR changed shipping companies and my order was transferred to a new point of contact with the exact same problem. Eventually the replacement parts were delivered but not installed. They sat in a box for weeks until I finally got confirmation that someone would install them, even though I offered to install them myself. We set a delivery date 3 times and every time They missed the delivery window . Finally on the third time they showed up and installed the new rails and fixed the problem. I tried interacting with my DWR branch, who were polite but ineffective, the corporate organization, who never amended the situation, apologized or cares to reach out to see what my experience was like. For this level of design and price, I expect a customer experience that is at least on par with ikea, but DWR didn’t once make an attempt to rectify or address their bad service. They’ve lost my business completely. Better to spend your money elsewhere than to lose your hair here. All in all it took 7 months to complete my order. Wood from hardwood trees is usually harder and therefore more dense, as these trees tend to grow at a slower rate. Hardwood is ideal for use in indoor furniture crafting, as it is sturdy and durable.
