Darrium 2-Pc. Leather Sofa with Chaise

After weeks of hunting for a great deal online, I had resigned myself to not actually being able to get what I wanted with my budget. I had a decent piece picked out on another website, and was about to purchase when I checked Macy’s and saw this sofa. The color is gorgeous in person and the quality of the leather and craftsmanship surpassed my expectations. This sectional with chaise is worth it’s original price and this was in fact a great bargain. I really like the way it is constructed, the Entire seat and chaise are a separate piece so it’s like a chair and loveseat hooked together. It was super easy to put together. It is so comfy and super springy, in a supportive way. I got the Macy’s card to get the extra $100 off, and that was somewhat of a pain due to long wait times on the phone, but I will blame Covid-19 and increased call volume which is no fault of their own. Delivery was smooth.

I'd recommend getting the free swatch because the color is "Frost White" but it's closer to a light gray or sand color. OVERALL, LOVE THIS COUCH. Quality is great. Leather is nice. It's VERY comfortable. Good height for a low couch. It's very modern and simple. It fits 2 people laying down, 4-5 people sitting. We did the white glove service and it was worth every penny. They were awesome and got here promptly and got the couch set up so fast.

Listen, I see the allure. It’s beautiful. It’s a perfect shade of brown. It looks super comfortable. But don’t get suckered in by the great sales… this sofa isn’t what it appears to be. You can see from my photos that the sectional “pulls” like vinyl if you apply any pressure to it… which real leather doesn’t do. You can also see where my baby’s fingernail (yes, a baby) was able to scratch it open… upon inspection you can see it’s a microscopic layer of a material over white foam. I’ve owned a lot of leather products, and this 100% does not seem like actual leather. Thankfully I was able to get some of my money back to replace it with something that will hold up. Customer service was a nightmare to deal with. Zero communication even after dozens of calls.
