We were a bit worried when the boxes arrives rough looking from the shipping but everything in the box was very well packed and protected. Lots of foam protecting everything, and all the fabric was wrapped in cloth bags to stay clean.Assembly took about 2-3 hours for one adult to assemble. I highly recommend getting a hex attachment for an electric screw driver instead of using the included hex tool. The tool works fine but the electric drive will save you time and work. The frame is stylish and seems very stable and strong. I have only used it one night but it worked very well. No rocking or wobbling. The fabric is soft and nice looking.I will update in the future to report on long term durability.

Disappointed with the quality of this bed. I ordered "Home Life Premiere Classics Cloth Light Grey Silver Linen 51" Tall Headboard Platform Bed with Slats King" at the same time, and was thrilled with that one, but when I opened this one and put it together, it seemed really cheap and shoddy, especially in comparison. I bought this for an Airbnb that we have and am a little embarrassed of the quality. Would be okay for an inexpensive kids bed, but definitely looks and feels cheap and not very solid or sturdy.

I ordered 2 different colored beds. They were fairly easy to assemble but it was time consuming. One of the beds came with faulty legs; they wobble. I contacted the seller for replacement parts as the other bed's legs work fine. I was told they do not do replacement parts and that I can return (my already assembled bed) for a replacement or refund. The seller does not make it easy for the customer to fix what SHOULD be a small issue. I would be more than willing to return the faulty legs but do not wish to dissamble the entire bed, leaving my daughter bedless and myself frustrated. I give two stars because after the beds are assembled they are very pleasing to the eye and perfect for my kids.

DHP Rose Linen Tufted Upholstered Platform Bed, Button Tufted Headboard and Footboard with Wooden Slats, Queen Size - Grey~Nine months after buying this bed it fell apart and collapsed. The weight rating for the bed is 500 lbs. I weigh 245 lbs and sleep alone and at 58 years of age I can tell you there were no extracurricular activities happening in my bed. After removing the mattress I discovered the problem. Several of the plastic pieces used to hold the slats in place had broken in the center of the bed as well as two that were broken on the lower right portion of the bed. (See photo 1 and photo 2.)~I contacted DHP to have them send me the broken plastic pieces mentioned above. They agreed but said I needed to find a sticker on the bed to obtain the model number they needed in order to order the replacement parts. (See example sticker in photo 3). A friend and I pulled the mattress and moved the bed to the center of the bedroom to look for the alleged sticker but there simply were no stickers anywhere on the bed.~I contacted DHP again and explained there were no stickers on the bed. They insisted the sticker had to be there. I explained we had looked on the frame, behind the headboard and foot board and there was no stickers at all anywhere attached to the bed. The DHP representative blamed me for not finding the sticker and refused to order the parts I needed.~So I sent DHP my receipt for the bed and a link to the bed on Amazon so they could determine which bed I purchased so they could get replacement parts. Even with that information DHP refused to order and replace the broken parts.~The plastic parts were to thinned walled to support the slats which is why they broke. The bed is cheaply made with shoddy parts and DHP will not stand by their product. Learn from my experience and purchase nothing from DHP.Read more

Problem is the curved slats are so thin they don’t provide the proper support making the metal bar that run down the center to cause a hump and the once comfortable mattress no longer is comfortable. I have the queen size purple mattress which I was very happy with when it was on a box spring and even the floor when I moved. This bed frame says you do not need a box spring but I think they are wrong. I’m going to try and fix my now uncomfortable bed with a box spring if that doesn’t work this frame is out and I’ll put my bed back on the floor where I could sleep comfortable again.

After six weeks of sleeping on this bed, the two pieces supporting the middle of the bed both cracked and rolled out from underneath. The bed was left entirely unsupported and can no longer be used. The two supporting pieces are very poorly made; the "metal" cracked (see photo) and cannot be reattached. The bed slats do not stay in. I am very disappointed and would like a refund.

I have been an Amazon for years now and never find the time nor energy to write reviews. I am also usually fairly satisfied with what I buy on here so I haven't felt the need to write a review. But, for this bed, I am making time to write a review...This is the worst bed, or piece of furniture I have owned in my life. The legs (the one in the middle of the bed came out after a couple of months of use. They detached from the horizontal bar that go across the bed. When I lifted up my mattress and inspected the mess I realized that none of the bars are made of metal. They're made of some weird plastic composite. The legs were also "welded" (glued might be a better term here) to the horizontal bar on two little dots/spots. I have never seen something so poorly built. Oh and by the way, I weigh 115lbs.I want my money back!!I've included a photo of one of the legs. It has now come off. The other one came of a few days prior.

A Twin bed also referred to as a single bed is one of the smallest bed in the market with a dimension of 38’’ by 75’’. Its compact size makes it ideal for single sleepers may it be children or an adult living in a small space such as a studio apartment. It’s an affordable and versatile bed set up for various sleepers such as toddlers and college student in the dorm. For over several decades it has been one of the most popular beds among college students and young children in their early teens as you can find it in most of their bedrooms, however in this modern age where people are seeking for more comfort and space, the popularity of twin beds is been over taken by queen size beds. Despite being great for growing children it’s also very flexible and versatile especially if you are trying to maximize the space in your bedroom.

Black

When trying to open up a smaller bedroom most people often think about bright colors with light hues, but also there is a stronger advantage for going darker and there is no better way to do that than with a black bed. Black is known to amplify small spaces and also set the right mood in your bedroom space. A black colored bed makes your bedroom fell more intimate and special in ways that you could have never imagined before, something that you would never achieve with any of those bright colors. There is nothing as important as setting the right mood in your bedroom especially if you are a couple since it’s the base of your relationship romantically. A black bed adds a touch of intrigue but still blends right into the bedroom décor colors creating a timeless look.

Blue

Gray

Gray as a color can be somehow depressing and uninspiring especially in a darker bedroom, and as you already know sleeping in a gray bedroom is not as satisfying as sleeping in a brighter bedroom. Gray might not be as inviting as other colors but that doesn’t mean that a Gray bed is not a good choice for your bedroom. All you need to know before choosing a gray bed or any other no so bright colored bed is which bedroom décor is the best for that specific bed color. With a gray bed it can be really advantageous especially if you have an all-white bedroom since it will tone down the general look for your bedroom, creating some form of contrast. In case you have a bright bedroom and you wish to tone down I would definitely recommend for you a gray bed to help tone down your bedroom décor.

Ivory

An Ivory bed is one of the most elegant bed options you can ever get for yourself. An Ivory bed comes with a touch darker than an eggshell, a color softer than cream, and warmer than a bone. Ivory is the type of color that adds elegance and warmth into your bedroom space, plus it’s pretty neutral and fun to play with using your imagination and creativity in terms of design. An Ivory bed is a great way to set the tone in your bedroom space, since ivory can warm up your bedroom making it feel more elegant, cozier, and sleeker. If you are looking to add a little ivory into your bedroom space without having to paint your wall, an ivory bed can be a great way to do so, and every time you step into your bedroom you will feel enveloped in subtle warmth.

Tan

Tan is an exceptional color that’s a popular choice for anyone who intend to create a soothing, inspirational bedroom environment. A tan bed is common in many bedroom designs as it brings some form of color sophistication with its scheme and layout, plus when combined with other colors in your bedroom design it creates a warm or cool tone. For a long time Tan has been perceived as a dull color with the feeling of being a conservative. A light tan bed can bring about the feeling of being young and fresh. A tan bed blends perfectly with other colors that you might opt to use in your bedroom for example tan blends perfectly fine with other white furniture, by brightening up your bedroom space and keeping it looking energized. Plus the tan color itself helps create a relaxing transitional bedroom design, creating an inviting environment.

Drawers

A cluttered bedroom is not pleasing and relaxing at all. Sometimes, though your things are well-organized, seeing them still makes your space crowded. Two options are available: throw away your stuff or upgrade your regular bed into a drawer or storage bed. For sure, you will choose the latter, right?

Space-saving and multifunctional, drawer beds can make you feel like you don't need shelves and cabinets anymore. They come with 2 drawers, 4 drawers, 2 full and 2 half drawers, or end drawers built in the bed frame. Full ottoman and half ottoman are also available, where the entire bed offers hidden storage space. Drawer beds can also benefit your stuff since they are hidden, they won't accumulate dust. Finding them can also be easy for you because you have just one place to look at. After all, a tidy room can make your sleep better and more comfortable. And, yes, there's no such thing as too much storage.

Platform

You may be looking for a bed that is timeless and cost-effective and maybe your life quote is "simplicity is beauty," then you can swear by platform beds. A platform bed is a simple bed frame that has a solid foundation capable to hold any type of mattress without the need of a box spring. It also comes with built-in slats to allow airflow and breathability. And since box springs are unnecessary, you can save money if you decide to buy a new mattress.

Though simple, it doesn't mean that this type of bed is boring. Platform beds come from various materials, such wood, metal, and fiberboard. You may even have them upholstered for an added classic touch! Ideal for all ages, they are also available in different sizes: twin, full, queen, and king. Interestingly, platform beds are great for storing extra stuff since many of them come with drawers and headboard shelving, perfect for keeping your bedroom tidy.

Slat

A good bed must always have a strong base. The slat bed design is a type of base made for a bed. They are a series of connected bars that lie across the width of the frame. The designs offer great support for the mattress, hence providing good support to your back when sleeping and allows good ventilation to the mattress. Good ventilation for the mattress keeps them cleaner and more hygienic. The slats are made from strong wood ensuring the durability of your bed. These bases provide good firm support and are a simple and cheaper option. The slatted design comes in two designs to choose from. You can choose from two types of slats - solid slats or sprung slats. They also offer a good leveling of your mattress, allowing it to last longer.

Storage Included

When your bedroom space is small storage can be the biggest challenge you will encounter. Your closet could be a solution but not big enough to pack so many clothes. Well, you may want to buy a bigger cabinet, but you don’t want to pack so many dressers and cabinets into your space that it feels clunky and crowded. Storage beds are a fantastic way to get more space without adding extra furniture, and a lot of them are so stylishly designed you almost don’t notice the drawers are there. This bed design offers a great way to make the most of the space in your room, giving you a place to stash clothes, bedding, and more inside or beneath your bed frame. The best storage beds feature spacious compartments that are easy to access, and with tons of styles to choose from. The most common options are shelves built into the headboard or drawers built into the frame below the mattress. Depending on the reason you want space, a storage bed provides easy access, but if you're storing items that you don't need to get to very often, you can opt for a spacious platform beneath the bed that can be accessed when you lift the mattress. Ultimately, your choice will come down to what's most convenient for you.

Tufted

When looking for a bed that will bring class and comfort to your bedroom, all you need is a tufted bed. The tufted bed has a soft headboard that is not only padded but also tufted meaning the fabric is threaded together and secured with either a button or a classy knot. This kind of bed is well known for bringing elegance to a room embodying a cozy aesthetic and providing a focal point. With this kind of bed, you will have a good backrest while watching TV or reading your best novel or magazine. Tufted beds come in different array of colors, sizes, and great styles to pick from. The tufted bed is made in a way that is inviting and a wonderfully elegant way of taking this indulgent opulence to the next level.

Single Material

When you need to kick back and unwind on your own, you need a single-material bed. Single-material beds are an excellent choice for anyone that likes simplicity and practicality. Without combining materials, you get a clean and uniform looking bed that will match any bedroom. The con of a single-material bed is that they won’t stand out as much as other beds, but this can also be a pro as well, as it means they’ll easily blend into any room and not take attention away from other features that are nearby. The single-material is recommended if you’re after a bed for a minimalist setting, something that looks very simple and neutral - then you’re going to be satisfied by the single-material bed. Single-material beds also look great when you have two separate beds in the same room - the single-material look really gives the room a strong, matching and consistent appearance.
