High quality bed. Sturdy bed frame. The color looks a bit darker than in the picture, but still looks nice . It took two people to put it together, but not very hard. If your mattress is not very thick, you would need a spring box.

Delivered in 2 weeks, no dents or dings. Easy to put together. Heavy when assembled. Just missing a few screws for the slats. Have the whole bedroom suited now and am very satisfied.

I am satisfied with the bed. However, the picture does not accurately describe the color of the bed. It is darker than expected. It is more of a brown than a light brown. It was easy to assemble. It only came with 3 slats, and I was expecting more for the size of the bed.

How many inches is it from the floor is the side framing? I am wondering so I can plan how much storage space there would be under the bed. Thanks!

Will I need to purchase slats (wooden planks that would go across the frame to support the box spring & mattress) for this bed so that I do not damage my box spring once the bed is assembled?
Slats may be added if you wish, but they are not necessary.

Is there an option to buy just the headboard by itself?
Unfortunately, there is not an option to purchase the headboard by itself. The headboard for this item comes included as part of the bed.
