Great quality! Looks and feels like a very expensive couch. Love the large wood legs. Firm but comfortable.

Super easy to put together, it came in one box! It is firm but that’s what I wanted and the surprise was there were three pillows in the box too! It fits perfect and looks fabulous! My grandson who is 5 told me “ Nana I love this sofa, it’s perfect!”

This was my first time ordering a sofa online sight unseen. I was pleasantly surprised because I was hoping it would look nice and took a gamble on comfort since it was going in a formal living room. It's very comfortable. Almost too comfortable because my family keeps sitting on it and I was thinking it would get used less. The fabric is good and seems like it would be easy to clean.

Nice addition to my room. Color was not Ivory but a little gray tint. However, I knew this from the reviews. Ivory would have been too white for my room. Looks Great!

I love my new sofa! The color is perfect for my living room. It's elegant and firm which is exactly the way I wanted. It's easy to get out of which is great for older adults. It's also very comfortable.

Perfect for us in every way. Not too heavy which makes it easy to slide around as we are using it as an ottoman for a large sectional.

The product was everything I expected. It's a perfect design and size for the area. The overstuffed appearance allows for more durability and should last a very long time. HAPPY! HAPPY! Is all I can say.

This was purchased for a basement tv/game room where it sees a ton of use and abuse from teenage boys. It is sold and was the perfect choice.

Make note....if you order grey it doesn't have a pattern. I made that mistake but I'm very happy with the item and kept it anyway. Beautifully made. Wish it had storage.

In terms of "looks" this couch is exactly what I was looking for- it is truly beautiful in person and I receive many compliments. My only complaint is that it is not very comfortable, but that is to be expected based on this design. The fabric is beautiful and durable. We have two small dogs who love to lay on the arms and they've held up for over a year now just fine without any fraying or holes.

Looks pretty good. 5 star for the design. Using for 6 months now but getting some squeaky noise when I sit or move. There’sjust two of us and we both weigh around 150lb. Makes me think about its longevity.

Looks great and works perfectly in the space. The bottom mesh was ripped from the weight of the feet stored inside for shipping.

I really like this ottoman. But, like so many items in grey tones, it is definitely more beige.

The seat is not comfortable. Okay to sit for a few minutes but not good to sit for long hours and watch TV. Was at a good price though

I’m done ordering couches from Wayfair. The furniture is cheaply made and not comfy. I will go back to store shopping so I can test things out. I only gave it 2 stars bc its held up okay (relative to the other two pieces of furniture I bought that are completely falling apart) and it at least looks nice. We’re now saving up to re-purchase all the couches we bought from wayfair. Lesson learned.

It’s a nice couch, but I’m very disappointed with the quality, it’s been just a few months and there’s a bunch of random threads coming off the fabric, not the seams or tufting, we have no kids and honestly have barely sat on it. It’s really pretty but the quality of the fabric isn’t the best. Maybe I just got the defective one (

Looks great but not at all comfortable to sit on. There are buttons popping on the seat that poke you when you sit down. Do yourself a favor and do not buy this.
