Beautiful bed. Delivery experience was very good. Couldn't have asked for better delivery experience.

Assembled in 1.5 hours - needs 2 people for part of it - great look; nice drawer function - works in a variety of decor - sold in stores brand.

Easy to assemble. The bed came in 3boxes the delivery guys placed in my bedroom. Arrived quickly and without incident. Item exactly as described. Quality construction.

We bought 2 for a shared bedroom. They look amazing. We had 1 issue when we were putting them together. I called customer care for help and they had the new part here within 2 days free of charge. I was very pleased. I have one daughter who is particularly hard on furniture and it has held up great with her.

We've had this bed now for almost 3 yrs and it still looks brand new. Our son sleeps on when he comes home from college.

This frame is very sturdy and I love the height and extra drawers for storage. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Love the bed. Very sturdy. Beautiful wood detailing. The only issue I had was the last page of directions was a little vague but otherwise it was easy to put together. Delivered quickly and the packaging was great to keep the bed safe from dings and dents.

It is...excellent! Gorgeous! We had a little trouble with the support base assembly. But we called into customer service and with a little help we were able to get it figured out. The instructions just aren't real clear with that part. The bed looks awesome! I'd say it looks the same in the photo, but it actually looks BETTER in person. We looked and looked in all the furniture stores for quite a while and we just couldn't find anything we liked. Believe it or not we actually started looking last year! I decided to look online and your site was the first thing that popped up in my search and we found the bedroom set we wanted right away. I love the entire set! Amazingly great quality! Five stars! And not a single regret!

Beautiful Bed. Only problem, 1 drawer was not properly installed. Good thing we are handy. The draw slide screw was too short hence broke off in shipping. We had re-install the draw slide assembly. Not perfect but works ok now. The foot board vainer split slightly. We had to glue it, but ok now. Bed is beautiful and solid, glad we got it. Assembly was easy. It took a couple hours, but straightforward. The longest time was re-doing the drawers ourselves. But great for small guest room. 4 stars, would have given 5 if that one drawer was not an issue.

just received the bed and i love it the only problem was the drawer is broken just like the review before had said, Which is frustrating due to how much the bed was, Other than that the assembly was easy and got it but up in a little over an hour

Overall bed looks great. Wood feels solid. The headboard creeks & sways a bit when pushed, my previous platform bed felt more solid without any wobble or sway. May be the headboard is pretty heavy on this one? Also, wish they had made holes to lay out the planks across the platform. It's impossible to drill the nails without power tools.

Great piece of furniture! The boxes looked terrible when they arrived at my home, but everything inside was intact and damage-free. I was very pleased with the overall construction of the bed. Everything was solid wood, as described; however, I was surprised to find that the black accents on the bed were plastic. Ugh! I was not happy about that, but I am still very pleased with my purchase.

We love this bed! Its beautiful and sturdy! The only reason why I'm giving it a 4 star is because we were shipped two left side boards for the slates to go into. We made it work thou.

Once it was together it is gorgeous but there was several quality issues (broken and missing parts).

As with other reviews the drawer was off track and had to be pried off. I would suggest a simple fix of locking the drawers so they don't slide during shipment. The wooden rail along the side board was busted and had to be glued back together. There are obvious gaps in the drawers (not from assembly). The space for the drawers is just larger the dimensions of the drawers leaving a gap on one side. Overall it is a nice looking solid bed with a few annoying design/craftsmanship issues. The photos show the gap between the drawer and the frame and also the bracket attached at the factory as being crooked.

I was disappointed with the quality of this bed--the "metal" details are actually a cheap plastic. As well, the drawer does not slide very well. As far as customer service, I ordered the bed with the delivery and assembly option. However, the vendor for Wayfair refused to do the assembly. They refunded the extra cost, but I probably wouldn't have ordered in the first place without that option.

Defect from the factory, but Wayfair resolution process was great they get 6 stars!

Furniture was abused at the warehouse - boxes were intact but lots of inner damage

A lot of the parts, the drawers, and rails were broken when I received it. I was able to repair it as I have some woodworking experience; however, it took over three hours as I had to clamp, and wait for the glue to dry. If you have a thick mattress this is not for you, as my feet don't touch the floor when I sit on the bed. It is hardwood, which is what I wanted. You may have better luck. I don't think I will ever buy anything from Hartford again, as I experienced the same thing with their dresser. Wayfair customer service, was great however, and managed to still make me a happy customer.

Received the wrong item - was given queen size instead of king size so completely unusable. And Wayfair wants return postage to send back, even though it is THEIR fault wrong size was sent. Horrible service !! Would give less than one star if possible
