This bed is truly luxury. It is solid and sturdy. I put the bed together myself although it was a little on the heavy side so I was very strategically careful when standing up the headboard. This is a gorgeous bed and I have had several compliments so far.

Beautiful, high quality bed for a great price! The fabric is an oatmeal linen. Not white/ivory. **HOWEVER** The wood comes with a dark dust on it. You MUST wipe down the wood before installing the bed. Otherwise, it is likely to stain your sheets and/or the linen upholstery.
