We had a random headboard that we had attached to the wall and just needed a platform base. Every one I found was so short until this one! It’s a normal bed height. Also, most kings I found had support legs at the centers, which I always manage to stub my toes on. This one is free and clear! Love it!

Super easy to put together and the perfect compliment to our deep mattress. This allows a low enough profile so I don’t feel like it’s too high but still allows for great tote storage underneath. My two girls share this bed and we’ve made it quite fun! It was the perfect height for the slide for them to use to get down and the soft gym stairs to climb up.

This bed frame is perfect for low profile bed. The sides are padded making it super nice so your not hitting yourself on a metal frame. There is enough room to slide thin bins under bed fir storage. Easy to put together and strong enough to feel supportive. Great price for the quality of frame.

The frame is ok but when I put it all together and placed my mattress on it, it seems wobbly, so I took the mattress off and made sure everything was tight, still is wobbly

Be gentle with it if youre a bigger person. Less than a month and the frame bent in the middle after coming home from a hard day at work and flopping onto the bed.

Does not support adult time. Broke it the first night I got it doing adult activities. Lasted almost a year before fully breaking on me doing adult activities. I'm a pretty fit guy and my female companions I had are very fit as well so it's not like I had a lot of weight on it. But it does look nice but 10/10 don't recommend if your very active at night or day doing adult activities.

If you enjoy a night of a squeaky bedframe with cheapy plastic legs that will break within a year then buy this. Otherwise, don't waste your money on this junk. It has only been a little over a year and the bed squeaks with every move you make. The legs on all 4 corners are leaning on one side and will probably break soon. (see pic) If you sleep like a dead person, then maybe this will work for you but I still wouldn't recommend it. Save your money for something more quality. Don't be deceived by the modern fabric or the 4-5 star reviews. +1 star for using real wood for the slats and +1 start for using nice fabric to cover up the poor quality frame.

This platform started out well and held up when placed on carpet. As soon as we replaced out carpet with hardwood, the frame began to shift and deteriorate. Within 2 months, the middle support had bent and broke welds, then one of the screw-on legs cracked off from it's connector. Now my new floor in scratched and my mattress is on the ground until I figure something out.In case you're wondering, but hubby and I are average weight. Unlikely that anything we did caused this damage.

To whom it may concern, If I’m lucky, intercourse will happen once, MAYBE twice a year for myself and some desperate female who has low self-esteem. The bed frame is aesthetically pleasing, however, the legs and side walls will snap as soon as the softest and most passionate intercourse begins to take its course. I am not “The Rock” or “John Cena,” nor am I “Johnny Sins.” With that being said, I’m not slamming females onto the bed or going buck wild in the sac. This bed frame will squeak and break within the first couple nights. Quite frankly, you could gently and safely toss a small infant onto the bed and it would shatter as if you just cannon-balled from the high dive. Our nations borders are more secure than this bed. Respectfully, Kevin

I purchased this bed frame in February of 2021. It lasted only 4 months. When we inspected the problem not only did the legs collapse they came off at the head area of the frame. We discovered the frame isn't even supported by wood or metal at the legs. The materials were what looks like compressed cardboard (See Photos). Very bad quality, craftmanship and materials. Now we have to buy a new bed frame for our new mattress. I cant even give this product any stars its junk and I have to throw it away. If I had known I was purchasing compressed cardboard I would have never purchased this product. Do your research everyone.

If I could give it NO STARS I would! I bought this frame for my brand new Cal-King bed. This frame did not last 90 days. Total trash. It only has the 4 legs on each corner and two legs in the center to support that huge mattress. Those legs have out almost immediately. The frame now sags in the middle and slides all over the place when you try to just get in bed. My back is killing me trying to sleep on the edge of the bed so that we don’t fall through the middle where there’s absolutely NO SUPPORT. The two lobe center support legs DO NOT have feet on them which might have helped support the bed. I totally wasted my money on this. I now had to spend another 200 to get another new frame with waaaay more support legs under it. Whatever you do DO NOT BUY THIS FRAME, it looks great, looks are totally deceiving.

**UPDATED**I have had the bed frame for 1.5 years now. The welds on the side of the frame failed and dont support the mattress anymore. When I lifted the frame to look at the damage I saw that it was much worse. The center metal support legs lost their plastic coating and completely destroyed my wooden floors. The floors need to be replaced. The warranty is only for 1 year. Do yourself a favor and do not buy this product. I have uploaded part of the damage, the other section almost went through the wood planks. Feet are inexpensive plastic, but you get what you pay for. So far no problems.

California King

A California King Size bed is usually 72 inches wide and 84 inches long. At 7 feet tall the California King Bed is ideal for most of the tall sleepers, in certain scenarios a California King Size bed can also be referred to as a Western King mattress that is specifically designed to accommodate anyone who is more than 6 feet tall as it offers more leg room for tall people. Aside from the slight difference in length and width by 4 inches a California King Sized bed has a lot in common to a regular King Sized bed such as they both provide unmatched comfort and room for couple, and also they are in the same price range. In case you are 6 feet tall you will definitely find the California Size bed more comfortable than any other standard bed mainly due to the extra legroom, plus I would definitely recommend you to get yourself a California King Size bed.

King

A king size bed is the largest standard bed that you will find in the market plus it measures 76 inches by 80 inches, making it a great and popular choice among couple. Single sleepers with the proper finances also enjoy the luxury and comfort of having a huge bed all to themselves. The King Size bed also comes in different variations which are the California size bed that’s 4 inches longer than a normal king size bed and 4 inches narrower, another variation is the California king size bed, the ideal choice if you are sharing your bed with someone who is more than 6 feet tall. If you are couple looking for a bed with extra comfort and space for the both of you I would highly recommend the King size bed as it’s a combination of unmatched comfort and luxury.

Queen

A Queen Size bed is usually 60 inches by 80 inches. It’s a very popular bed as it ideal for various kind of lifestyle, it can suit a wide range of sleepers such as single sleepers looking for a luxurious bed or couple who are shopping on a budget. A queen size bed can fit in most bedrooms making it ideal for couples who want to share a bed plus also its affordability. These variations include an Olympic queen sized bed which has 6 extra inches on its width and a California queen which has 4 extra inches in length. Twin

A Twin bed also referred to as a single bed is one of the smallest bed in the market with a dimension of 38’’ by 75’’. Its compact size makes it ideal for single sleepers may it be children or an adult living in a small space such as a studio apartment. It’s an affordable and versatile bed set up for various sleepers such as toddlers and college student in the dorm. For over several decades it has been one of the most popular beds among college students and young children in their early teens as you can find it in most of their bedrooms, however in this modern age where people are seeking for more comfort and space, the popularity of twin beds is been over taken by queen size beds. Despite being great for growing children it’s also very flexible and versatile especially if you are trying to maximize the space in your bedroom.

Twin XL

A twin xl bed is a 38 inches wide by 80 inches long bed that is usually best suited for single sleepers who are more than 6 feet tall, mainly growing children or teens who are likely to exceed 6 feet eventually. There are many benefits that are usually associated with having a twin-xl bed such as flexibility and versatility. Twin-xl bed offers a sleeper with more room for flexibility. A twin-xl bed is also ideal for growing children who have outgrown their baby cribs as it will be a while before they outgrow a twin-xl bed. It can also be used by a single adult sleeper especially if you are looking to save on space, as long as you are not that tall. A twin-xl bed has its own economic benefit especially if you are trying to save some money when furnishing your kids room, as it is usually not such a big investment.

Black

When trying to open up a smaller bedroom most people often think about bright colors with light hues, but also there is a stronger advantage for going darker and there is no better way to do that than with a black bed. Black is known to amplify small spaces and also set the right mood in your bedroom space. A black colored bed makes your bedroom fell more intimate and special in ways that you could have never imagined before, something that you would never achieve with any of those bright colors. There is nothing as important as setting the right mood in your bedroom especially if you are a couple since it’s the base of your relationship romantically. A black bed adds a touch of intrigue but still blends right into the bedroom décor colors creating a timeless look.

Folding

If you're the one who lives somewhere with spatial constraints and wants to get the most from it, a folding bed is the fitting sleeping furniture for you. A folding, or fold-up, bed consists of a mattress and a frame that collapses and turns it into a portable piece, making it easy to put away when not in use. But before buying, consider these different folding bed types and weigh which is best suited to your home situation.

A murphy bed, also known as a "wall bed" or "hidden bed," looks like a typical bed; however, it can be folded up into the wall or a furniture. Usually comes with wheels, a rollaway folding bed can be very comfortable, but to replace its mattress can be expensive since it should be specially made to fold with the frame. Sofabed and bed couch or floor sofabed are space-saving and can be easily turned into a seat or a bed. If sleeping on the floor is not an issue for you, you may ought to buy a futon. It's portable and extremely good for saving space. Lastly, a camping cot is also a good option, especially if you love the great outdoors. Whichever the type you choose, surely you'll love and utilize your living space even more.

Kids

The home is the training ground for children. It's where they learn and cultivate their values and character. So as a parent or a guardian, you play a big role in who they will become. Allow them to be themselves, to explore what they like, and to play with their imagination. Actually, you can start with their bedroom. How? Ask them what wall color they like. If you have an extra budget for a custom-made bed, ask your little one how he would like for it to look like. A car? A train? A spaceship? A dollhouse? Or if you can, build the bed yourself! It can be a great bonding time for you and your kids.

A kid's bed can also be space-saving with its built-in drawers, which can be a way to tidy up their toys and books. Beds with bedside table, where your child(ren) can study and play with papers and crayons, are also available in the market. Of course, kids love to play. Make bedtime fun with tent beds, beds with slide, and house-shaped kids' beds! Surely, your youngster will enjoy both his waking and sleeping hours.

Single Material

When you need to kick back and unwind on your own, you need a single-material bed. Single-material beds are an excellent choice for anyone that likes simplicity and practicality. Without combining materials, you get a clean and uniform looking bed that will match any bedroom. The con of a single-material bed is that they won’t stand out as much as other beds, but this can also be a pro as well, as it means they’ll easily blend into any room and not take attention away from other features that are nearby. The single-material is recommended if you’re after a bed for a minimalist setting, something that looks very simple and neutral - then you’re going to be satisfied by the single-material bed. Single-material beds also look great when you have two separate beds in the same room - the single-material look really gives the room a strong, matching and consistent appearance.

Wood

A wooden bed is a very popular choice especially when you are out buying a bed for your kids as they come with a number of advantages. Such as: wooden beds are known to be long lasting. At one point in life most of us have slept in a wooden bed, plus wooden beds can be traced back in history to our Tudor ancestors. If you opt to get you kid a bed of his or her own a wooden bed is always the best choice, since they are much easier to clean and maintain since its common knowledge how messy a child’s bedroom become. What makes a wooden bed the perfect choice for your child’s bedroom is its ability to withstand everything your child throws at it. This is because wooden beds are known to be sturdy and robust no matter the environment they are in.

Bed Frames

Bed frames also known as bed steads are terms used to describe the support your mattress rests upon. It’s that part of your bed that holds up your mattress from the floor. A bed frame is one of the most overlooked part of a bed when making a bed purchase as most people tend to focus on the mattress alone, however, it’s good to note that bedframes play a crucial role when it comes to the comfort of your bed. The right bed frame provides you with enough comfort and support despite the type of mattress you are sleeping on, so if you have a bed that’s squeaking, sagging, or unstable the problem is usually your bed frame. As we all know a good night sleep starts with a solid foundation, a bedframe will impact the quality of sleep you get, a bed frame will even cause back pains and aches.

Beds

A bed can be referred as a piece of furniture which is used as a place to fall asleep and relax. In this modern age beds consist of a soft cushioned mattress and a bed frame, the mattress is usually resting on a sprung base, solid base, or a wood slats. Beds come in different sizes ranging from infant-sized cribs to small beds that can just accommodate one person, to large king and queen sized beds designed for two or more people. Most bed are usually a single mattress and a fixed frame, however there are other varieties such as a sofa bed, which folds out of a sofa or a murphy bed that folds in to a wall. Other beds can be referred as temporary beds as they contain neither a bedframe nor a mattress, a good example is the inflatable air mattress or the folding camp cot.

Hardwoods

Hardwood wood varieties refer to the type of tree the wood is taken from; it has nothing to do with how heavy or dense the wood is (contrary to popular belief!). Hardwood woods are sourced from trees that have leaves and lose their leaves in the winter months. Types of hardwood trees include hickory, maple, oak, birch and cherry (among others). Wood from hardwood trees is usually harder and therefore more dense, as these trees tend to grow at a slower rate. Hardwood is ideal for use in indoor furniture crafting, as it is sturdy and durable. Most hardwood varieties are bright and beautiful in their natural tone/shade, but many take well to staining, finishes and paints. The hardwood varieties offer a cozy, warm look and enrich your bedroom style. Hardwood bed frames are a great way to brighten your bedroom and enhance the overall look and feel of your sleep space!

Mahogany

Mahogany wood is an extremely strong and durable wood variety derived from mahogany hardwood trees. With its beautiful, rich cherry color, mahogany wood furniture is a more traditional style choice. Mahogany wood bedroom furniture will enhance the coziness of your sleep space and will promote a soothing, restful environment. It’s a great choice for bedroom furniture, as mahogany is very sturdy, and the craftsmanship of these furniture pieces is often ornate and distinctive, and typically include thoughtful and timeless finishing details. Mahogany is a heavier wood, so it’s best to assemble bedroom furniture with another person. Once assembled, mahogany wood furniture is extremely durable and strong, so you can rest assured that your furniture piece will withstand time and use. Mahogany wood pairs especially well with a warm red color palette, and will make your bedroom a cozy, inviting space.
