Well-designed, solid/sturdy construction, and a beautiful finish; saves space in the bedroom, and visiting grandchildren love it. Those 8-inch expanding foam mattresses, however, should not be recommended for use with this bunk bed set due to the fact that they expand and wedge themselves into the frames so tightly that changing sheets is extremely difficult.

We like how it looks and the quality is great. The only thing we were not happy about was the design of the ladder, it looks off. Color, shape, size are very good. It's a twin size but doesn't feel small.

The product is sturdy and works great for my kids. The only reason I’m giving this a four star is because the trundle didn’t fit under the bed due to the ladder being too long. I had to go to a wood shop to cut off the access of the ladder and have them re-drill holes to move one of the steps up higher. Now the trundle works perfectly.

This is not white. Im very disappointed. It's a creamy color, with a very yellow undertone. My kids furniture is white and this doesn't match. If I had known, I would have chosen gray. Easy to put together, one adult can do it.

Twin

A Twin bed also referred to as a single bed is one of the smallest bed in the market with a dimension of 38’’ by 75’’. Its compact size makes it ideal for single sleepers may it be children or an adult living in a small space such as a studio apartment. It’s an affordable and versatile bed set up for various sleepers such as toddlers and college student in the dorm. For over several decades it has been one of the most popular beds among college students and young children in their early teens as you can find it in most of their bedrooms, however in this modern age where people are seeking for more comfort and space, the popularity of twin beds is been over taken by queen size beds. Despite being great for growing children it’s also very flexible and versatile especially if you are trying to maximize the space in your bedroom.

Brown

Even though brown is not the most obvious color to use when decorating your bedroom. A Brown bed’s warmth nook makes it worth incorporating in to your bedroom. And the fact that you would never expect to see a brown bed or bedroom décor makes it perfect for anyone who loves experimenting on colors and doesn’t like using playful pastels and bright neon’s. To avoid it from being swallowed into the dark bedroom interior, it’s recommended to be used in a bedroom with bright interior colors that bring about more lighting, which is a rich tone up especially to the brown bed and in the process creating another element intrigue. A brown bed is the only way to tone down a bright bedroom interior without having to repaint the walls.

Cherry

A cherry bed bring that traditional look to your bedroom space, with its timeless style that blends seamlessly with a wide variety of interior design concept and colors. A real cherry wood bed brings in that traditional feel and look in to your bedroom giving it that rich and lustrous look. A cherry bed tends to have a dark, reddish-brown theme that deepens with age. It’s also recommended that you place your cherry bed next to a window so that the natural light can accelerate the wood-darkening process. With a cherry bed too many decorative accessories can take the focus off your cherry bed as they are visual distractions making your bedroom space look disorganized and cluttered. The best decoration to use is a glittering chandelier that you hand at the center of your bedroom to illuminate the natural aesthetic of your cherry bed while still providing perfect lighting for your bedtime reading.

Gray

Gray as a color can be somehow depressing and uninspiring especially in a darker bedroom, and as you already know sleeping in a gray bedroom is not as satisfying as sleeping in a brighter bedroom. Gray might not be as inviting as other colors but that doesn’t mean that a Gray bed is not a good choice for your bedroom. All you need to know before choosing a gray bed or any other no so bright colored bed is which bedroom décor is the best for that specific bed color. With a gray bed it can be really advantageous especially if you have an all-white bedroom since it will tone down the general look for your bedroom, creating some form of contrast. In case you have a bright bedroom and you wish to tone down I would definitely recommend for you a gray bed to help tone down your bedroom décor.

Natural

Many people tend to think that in order to create a dramatic high-contrast bedroom space, you need to decorate your bedroom with bright colors or moody greens, blues, and reds. Well, it’s time to think again, because now with a natural colored/themed bed you can create a dreamy, dramatic and romantic bedroom space. A natural bed gives your bedroom a cozy and romantic look which is much better that the traditional rather spooky and cave like look, that is achieved through lots of unnecessary painting. Especially if you are a minimalist a natural bed is your best option as it gives you that minimalist look since it’s perfectly fine without any clutter and unnecessary furnishing and also it provides you with a clean, serene vibe. If you intend to keep an all-natural vibe in your bedroom then you should go and get yourself a Natural bed.

White

A white bed is definitely a show stopper, it’s plain and simple. Despite people referring to white as lack of other colors, a white bed makes quite a statement. It gives your bedroom space a more open and timeless feel, while allowing your bedroom décor to standout even more clearly. A bed with a pure shade of white energizes your entire space giving it a vibrant new look, giving you the illusion of a more light within your bedroom. What makes a white bed a favorite for many is the fact that white as a color creates a relaxing sleep environment. And as you know choosing the right color is very important, since color is like magic and can influence your state of mind and emotions. If there is one thing you should do right is get yourself a white bed and enjoy every single moment you spend in your bedroom.

Bunk Loft

Sometimes, bunk beds and loft beds are often being used interchangeably. Don't fall for it. These two bed types have a difference. Yes, you may notice that they both have a ladder. However, a bunk bed has at least two beds stacked on top of each other and a loft bed, though a double-level bed as well, is only a single bed. Bunk beds are commonly seen in hostels, military camps, and dormitories. In addition, some of this kind come with a trundle or pull-out bed that can accommodate one more person.

On the other hand, loft beds allow you to use the space beneath your bed as a study or work area or as a closet. If the time will come when you decide that you don't need a bunk bed anymore, don't worry, you can convert it to a loft bed. Simply and carefully remove the bottom bunk. Depending on your needs, both bunk and loft beds are space-saving.

Drawers

A cluttered bedroom is not pleasing and relaxing at all. Sometimes, though your things are well-organized, seeing them still makes your space crowded. Two options are available: throw away your stuff or upgrade your regular bed into a drawer or storage bed. For sure, you will choose the latter, right?

Space-saving and multifunctional, drawer beds can make you feel like you don't need shelves and cabinets anymore. They come with 2 drawers, 4 drawers, 2 full and 2 half drawers, or end drawers built in the bed frame. Full ottoman and half ottoman are also available, where the entire bed offers hidden storage space. Drawer beds can also benefit your stuff since they are hidden, they won't accumulate dust. Finding them can also be easy for you because you have just one place to look at. After all, a tidy room can make your sleep better and more comfortable. And, yes, there's no such thing as too much storage.

Kids

The home is the training ground for children. It's where they learn and cultivate their values and character. So as a parent or a guardian, you play a big role in who they will become. Allow them to be themselves, to explore what they like, and to play with their imagination. Actually, you can start with their bedroom. How? Ask them what wall color they like. If you have an extra budget for a custom-made bed, ask your little one how he would like for it to look like. A car? A train? A spaceship? A dollhouse? Or if you can, build the bed yourself! It can be a great bonding time for you and your kids.

A kid's bed can also be space-saving with its built-in drawers, which can be a way to tidy up their toys and books. Beds with bedside table, where your child(ren) can study and play with papers and crayons, are also available in the market. Of course, kids love to play. Make bedtime fun with tent beds, beds with slide, and house-shaped kids' beds! Surely, your youngster will enjoy both his waking and sleeping hours.

Storage Included

When your bedroom space is small storage can be the biggest challenge you will encounter. Your closet could be a solution but not big enough to pack so many clothes. Well, you may want to buy a bigger cabinet, but you don’t want to pack so many dressers and cabinets into your space that it feels clunky and crowded. Storage beds are a fantastic way to get more space without adding extra furniture, and a lot of them are so stylishly designed you almost don’t notice the drawers are there. This bed design offers a great way to make the most of the space in your room, giving you a place to stash clothes, bedding, and more inside or beneath your bed frame. The best storage beds feature spacious compartments that are easy to access, and with tons of styles to choose from. The most common options are shelves built into the headboard or drawers built into the frame below the mattress. Depending on the reason you want space, a storage bed provides easy access, but if you're storing items that you don't need to get to very often, you can opt for a spacious platform beneath the bed that can be accessed when you lift the mattress. Ultimately, your choice will come down to what's most convenient for you.

Casters

In case you are looking for a bed that can easily move from one point to another, get yourself a bed made with a caster or install caster features. Casters make your bed look elegant. Caster is a unique feature that is used in bed to enable easy movement. They are durable and friendly to your floor. One can easily install them without the need for expert help. To install plate-mount casters, simply position the caster, mark the mounting holes, and drill them. Then, attach the caster with nuts, bolts, and washers. Bed designed with caster come in different sizes for one to choose. They are suitable for everyone in your family be it old or young and can be adjusted to user need or requirements.

Honey

The honey look is a gorgeous finish that will make any bed pop and draw attention to itself. If you’re after a beautiful, smooth looking finish that’s easy to maintain and look after, then the honey finish is the choice for you. With an elegant yet natural look - the honey finish will make your bed the talk of the town. For a really nice complementary look, use light natural colored furnishings in the room, and light colored pillowcases and a light colored quilt cover - this will work so well with the honey finish to create a beautiful vibrant style in the room. Or, you can be a little daring, and use darker colors like black - this will work in contrast to the honey finish, and make the bed stand out in a dazzling kind of way. The honey look is a great choice for anyone that wants a bed that’s very appealing to the eye, and is versatile enough to suit a more casual laid back room, or become a bold and impactful centrepiece in the room.

Trundle Bed Included

Are you looking for a way to add an extra sleeping space to your home? Do you have limited space to work with? A trundle bed is the ideal solution for you; perfect for siblings that share a room or for kid’s sleepovers, a trundle bed provides an extra sleep space while maintaining the integrity of your current space limitations. The trundle bed that is included with the (day/twin/twin over twin bunk) bed is constructed of solid, sturdy wood, and provides two/three sleeping areas while saving space. The included trundle bed is practical, convenient and assembles easily. The pullout trundle feature offers an easy and hassle-free way to add an extra bed to your home while maintaining space; it easily retracts under the bottom day/twin bed when not in use. A trundle bed is the ideal solution to increase your home’s available sleeping areas while maintaining a beautiful bedroom. Assembly is required but simple.

Without combining materials, you get a clean and uniform looking bed that will match any bedroom. The con of a single-material bed is that they won’t stand out as much as other beds, but this can also be a pro as well, as it means they’ll easily blend into any room and not take attention away from other features that are nearby. The single-material is recommended if you’re after a bed for a minimalist setting, something that looks very simple and neutral - then you’re going to be satisfied by the single-material bed. Single-material beds also look great when you have two separate beds in the same room - the single-material look really gives the room a strong, matching and consistent appearance.

Solid Wood

When you're after a classy, reliable and natural look for your bed - you need the solid-wood style. This style of bed is nostalgic and will be a great match for any bedroom setting. You can not go wrong with a solid-wood bed. Whether it's fitting into an elegant and inspiring bedroom that's complete with scented candles, or into a main bedroom that has a focus on simplicity and minimalism - the solid-wood style bed will be the perfect choice for everybody. With their familiar appearance, they will also feel comforting to any guests that are to sleep on them. Solid-wood frames are a nice, neutral choice - they don’t have a strong and overbearing appearance, yet they still manage to attract the eye in a subtle, comforting way. If you’re after a style of bed that can fit into every setting, yet never steal the attention away from other important features in the room - then the solid-wood bed is what you need.

Wood

A wooden bed is a very popular choice especially when you are out buying a bed for your kids as they come with a number of advantages. Such as: wooden beds are known to be long lasting. At one point in life most of us have slept in a wooden bed, plus wooden beds can be traced back in history to our Tudor ancestors. If you opt to get you kid a bed of his or her own a wooden bed is always the best choice, since they are much easier to clean and maintain since its common knowledge how messy a child’s bedroom become. What makes a wooden bed the perfect choice for your child’s bedroom is its ability to withstand everything your child throws at it. This is because wooden beds are known to be sturdy and robust no matter the environment they are in.

Beds

A bed can be referred as a piece of furniture which is used as a place to fall asleep and relax. In this modern age beds consist of a soft cushioned mattress and a bed frame, the mattress is usually resting on a sprung base, solid base, or a wood slats. Beds come in different sizes ranging from infant-sized cribs to small beds that can just accommodate one person, to large king and queen sized beds designed for two or more people. Most bed are usually a single mattress and a fixed frame, however there are other varieties such as a sofa bed, which folds out of a sofa or a murphy bed that folds in to a wall. Other beds can be referred as temporary beds as they contain neither a bedframe nor a mattress, a good example is the inflatable air mattress or the folding camp cot.

Cherry

Cherry wood is an elegant, sophisticated and traditional choice when it comes to bedroom furniture, especially bed frames and headboards. The rich color of a cherry wood finish adds a cozy ambience to your bedroom and promotes restful relaxation. The rich color of cherry wood is an ideal choice for larger bedrooms, as the darker color can create a large focal point within the room. Cherry wood bedroom furniture is complemented well with warm room colors, such as a rich red, a soft yellow, or a muted orange or terra cotta palette. Alternatively, if you have a smaller room, cherry wood can still look gorgeous against soft blues or grays. Cherry wood enhances the coziness and warmth of your bedroom and is a perfect way to increase the beauty of your sleep space.

Hardwoods

Hardwood wood varieties refer to the type of tree the wood is taken from; it has nothing to do with how heavy or dense the wood is (contrary to popular belief!). Hardwood woods are sourced from trees that have leaves and lose their leaves in the winter months. Types of hardwood trees include hickory, maple, oak, birch and cherry (among others). Wood from hardwood trees is usually harder and therefore more dense, as these trees tend to grow at a slower rate. Hardwood is ideal for use in indoor furniture crafting, as it is sturdy and durable. Most hardwood varieties are bright and beautiful in their natural tone/shade, but many take well to staining, finishes and paints. The hardwood varieties offer a cozy, warm look and enrich your bedroom style. Hardwood bed frames are a great way to brighten your bedroom and enhance the overall look and feel of your sleep space!

Pine

Do you love a rustic, classic bedroom style? A pine wood bed frame should be at the top of your shopping list! Pine wood is a softwood variety, meaning it is well-suited for use in both indoor and outdoor furniture because of its durability. Pine is a shock-resistant wood that is strong and long-lasting and is well-suited for crafting ornate and intricate details; this only adds more beauty to your home! Pine wood is lighter in color with an almost creamy white appearance; it is beautiful in both its natural state or finished with a stain. Pine wood is also lighter in weight than some other wood varieties, making assembly of bed frames relatively simple and quick. Pine wood bed frames are an ideal wood to stain, which gives you the opportunity to change or enhance your style as your preferences change. It’s a perfect choice whether you want to achieve a rustic, warm bedroom environment, or a more modern, contemporary sleep space.

Softwoods

Softwood wood varieties are wood types that are sourced from cone bearing trees (evergreens with needles), such as spruce, pine, and fir. Softwood wood varieties are well-known for their superb ability to resist decay and/or rot, making them an ideal choice for both indoor and outdoor use; they are long-lasting and very durable. Softwood wood varieties are also versatile and are the top choice for designing and crafting furniture with ornate, distinct details. Softwoods are more vulnerable to dings or dents; however, they are still very sturdy and dependable furniture pieces. Due to the wood type’s versatility, softwood bed frames are ideal for people who love an ornate and detailed décor style. Softwood wood types most often have a neutral, earthy color and pair well with bright color palettes to create a gorgeous contrast and give your bedroom a fresh new look!

Espresso Wood

When talking about coffees, espresso is the strong black one. In furniture and woods, it is actually somewhat similar to that. Espresso is a deep, dark brown color, so dark that it is sometimes mistaken to be jet black when, in fact, it stands between the two colors. If you want your bed to look elegant, go for espresso wood. It will also appear neat because dark color can magically tuck away dirt and dust. When under direct lighting, espresso gives out red hues. Cabinets, tables, and shelves that are in espresso sell more than those in light colors because many people opt for a traditional and classic look. Because of its neutral color, espresso is very versatile. It can go well with any home color scheme and design style. Since it's not black and definitely not a bright color, espresso can be pleasing and gentle to the feeling and to the eyes. It can also make you feel relaxed because of its soothing and coffee-like color, perfect after a long day at work.

Espresso may also be your favorite drink! You will definitely wake up feeling energized just by seeing your bed.
