This dresser was just delivered and so far looks great. There are 4 large screws missing from the back panel but I've contacted Houzz and I'm sure they'll correct the problem. As a designer, I'm very particular about the furniture/accessories for my clients. Not all clients can afford pricey items so when I'm searching for more economical pieces, I look for the same quality I expect with the more expensive furnishings. This dresser definitely has good craftsmanship. I inspected it from every angle with a flashlight, even the insides. The drawers glide easily on ball bearing tracks and shut completely. The bottom drawers are lined with cedar and the top have velvet linings-very nice touch. The style is definitely transitional and works well even in a tropical theme. This dresser was sold by other online vendors whom I have many issues with. So far, I've never had a major problem with Houzz. The prices have even been better than their competitors. The dresser was inspected at the delivery center and final delivery was quick. It arrived fully assembled-another nice quality. The delivery people confirmed the issues I had with other online vendors as an overall problem so going forward, Houzz will be my 'go to' vendor when ordering online. I would definitely buy this dresser again. Owner, Rocky Mountain Design.

I very much like the furniture I ordered however the way the furniture ships & is delivered to the home leaves a lot to be desired. They just drop it on your doorstep & leave. They are not allowed to bring it in the house & place it. No where when ordering larger pieces of furniture is this stated. With that in mind, I won’t be ordering any additional furniture from this company.

This dresser is a lot prettier in person. The pictures don't do it justice. It is a dark rich chocolate color. It doesn't look ashy and rustic like the picture they advertise. It's heavy and solid and looks expensive. I absolutely love it.
