My 4 year old grandson loves his new cool bed. His little brother an sister are loving it too. We even had fun putting it together. All the parts where very well labeled made it easy. It does take 3 people to put this together but super cute fun bed. Absolutely happy.

I will start by saying I had specific needs when I bought this bed. The bottom bed needed to sit on the floor so my youngest (not quite 2 yet) wouldn't need rails and I also wanted a slide so he would have an "easy" way down once he figures out how to climb the ladder. This fit all of those requirements at the cheapest price I could find. Since it was the cheapest one I was not expecting a perfect product (and it's not perfect, but for the price it's pretty darn good). There is also what I consider an important measurement missing from their picture which is distance from the floor to the bottom of the top bunk. The bottom of the top mattress sits at about 34.5" from the floor. It came in two boxes as the description says which were both quite heavy, one was 66 lbs and the other was 55 lbs. Getting the boxes up the stairs was probably the most challenging part of the whole process. Once I had the boxes upstairs I used one bedroom to stage parts and I opened up both boxes and took inventory to make sure nothing was missing or damaged (the slide was damaged, but more on that below). I also wiped everything down with a damp cloth, there was a good amount of material debris/dust on all of the pieces. I highly recommend wiping the pieces before you start assembling so you can really get all parts clean. The instructions were pretty straight-forward, no words and only pictures but I was never too confused about what I was supposed to be doing. The only step that gave me any trouble was the first one and trying to get the four corner posts facing the correct directions. Just make sure you look closely at where the screw holes are in the pictures. I was able to put all of it together by myself (a not particularly strong female) although I did have to get a little creative with supporting the upper bed and the upper roof support rod while getting the screws lined up. You will also want to make sure you get the screws nice and tight on all of the metal pieces to avoid any squeaking that some people have mentioned. The only sound issues we have had are when my kid is climbing around up top it knocks the frame against the wall (solved by sticking little furniture pads at the top of the posts) and the metal slats under the mattress are not secured, they just sit in little holes on each side with only 2 slats screwed in to keep the rest in place, so that can make some sound when moving around a lot also (have not found a solution to that, but it also hasn't bothered us enough to care)Back to the slide - there are two brackets that are used to connect the slide to the bed and unfortunately one of those brackets got bent about 90 degrees down during shipment. As soon as I noticed it I contacted the seller through Amazon to find out if that one piece could be replaced. I continued to put the bed together and later got my husband to look at the bent bracket. He ended up being able to bend it back into place without any damage to the overall integrity of the metal so all was good. I later got a response from the seller that they would be willing to replace the part, but I told them it was no longer necessary. They instead offered a small credit issued to our payment method for our extra time and effort fixing the damaged part. I was very impressed with their level of customer service and I would consider that going above and beyond in this day and age.Read more

Son loves it . Holding the cross bars in place all at once was kind of rough, took probably a half hour. Styrofoam packaging went everywhere!

Generally, we like this bed very much. It is as pictured, so no big surprises. Areas for improvement include:- more easily being able to install the slide on either side (switch the slide and ladder positions more easily -- I'd wrongly assumed they would be interchangable).- curving the metal at the corners and edges of the bed (similar to the way the slides guard rail is curved)- increasing the length of the slide's guardrail (there's a good ~6-8 inch gap between the bed and rail and my 6 year old is a little too scared to use it by himself since it's difficult to reach down and hold it. Though if you have a braver kid than me, that won't be a problem!)- include some sort of plastic or rubber washer with the screws (the bed squeaks quite a bit whenever you move around in it).- use thicker metal for the ladder steps (the steps are so thin that I personally find it a little uncomfortable using them)Some things that have worked out well:- it was pretty easy to build- it's elevated enough that we could put storage shelves underneath- it's not so high to be scary for the kiddo- the guard rail (or roll rail) on the bed is there and does its job- its weight capacity can hold me and my kid so we can snuggle togetherOverall, I'm glad we bought this bed.Read more

We bought this twin bed for our 5 year old. I love that its not too tall. I'm 5'6 and it's perfect height for bed time kisses. He loves the slide, even though it's not very long or very steep. I would have liked to have the ladder steps a bit wider for little feet, or even coated in a padding. The rungs are the same square tubing as the rest of the construction. I do also love the under bed area. Not tall enough to stand under. My kiddo did hit his head the first time under it, and the metal is not covered or padded. But I could fix that with pool noodles or something. The slide also only attaches to the one side. You can't swap the ladder part with the slide part, so you're stuck with it as is unless you drill holes. All in all, I was pretty please with this purchase, and my kiddo loves it!

It’s okay... but I was surprised at how heavy the boxes were, due to the weight of the slide. They must have trouble with their packaging, because I bought for the girls, and both arrived dented and needed some tlc to make work. The alternative was to pay out of pocket shipping costs, plus restocking fee, which I calculated at about a $90 refund. The length from the slide to the back of the bed is 8ft, very long to two kids sharing a room. The beds themselves were fairly easy to put together, but shorter than a standard bunk. The space underneath is too short for even a drawing desk for the kids, but could fit a toy trunk if you had one.As I finally put the beds together, I learned that parts were missing, and one slide is so bent at the attachment portion, I’ll have to get creative on how to pry it open to use. I wish I’d paid more attention to the dimensions and compared those more rather than just number of stars rated.

It was a pain to put it together. So many individual pieces ‍. It definitely was scary for my son to go up the first couple of times as it seem to shake plenty. The stairs are thin little bar, which hurt his feet. The space in-between the beds is tiny as can be, but my girls are small so they don't care. The base of the bottom beds make the mattress slide easily which sucks. Again, they look super cute, but would not recommend and would never buy again!

Twin

A Twin bed also referred to as a single bed is one of the smallest bed in the market with a dimension of 38’’ by 75’’. Its compact size makes it ideal for single sleepers may it be children or an adult living in a small space such as a studio apartment. It’s an affordable and versatile bed set up for various sleepers such as toddlers and college student in the dorm. For over several decades it has been one of the most popular beds among college students and young children in their early teens as you can find it in most of their bedrooms, however in this modern age where people are seeking for more comfort and space, the popularity of twin beds is been over taken by queen size beds. Despite being great for growing children it’s also very flexible and versatile especially if you are trying to maximize the space in your bedroom.

Black

When trying to open up a smaller bedroom most people often think about bright colors with light hues, but also there is a stronger advantage for going darker and there is no better way to do that than with a black bed. A black colored bed makes your bedroom fell more intimate and special in ways that you could have never imagined before, something that you would never achieve with any of those bright colors. Kids

The home is the training ground for children. It's where they learn and cultivate their values and character. So as a parent or a guardian, you play a big role in who they will become. Allow them to be themselves, to explore what they like, and to play with their imagination. Actually, you can start with their bedroom. How? Ask them what wall color they like. If you have an extra budget for a custom-made bed, ask your little one how he would like for it to look like. A car? A train? A spaceship? A dollhouse? Or if you can, build the bed yourself! It can be a great bonding time for you and your kids.

A kid's bed can also be space-saving with its built-in drawers, which can be a way to tidy up their toys and books. One of the most asked question when it comes metallic beds is, are they safe for younger children? And the answer is always, yes they are. One of reason to why metal beds have grown in popularity over the last couple of years is the fact that they require less maintenance since as we all know metal does not dent or scratch easily making it even a more attractive option as compared to wooden and plastic beds. When it comes to durability also metal beds are currently the most durable beds in the market more durable than the wooden beds and would even handle more weight than a wooden bed frame. Metal beds are also highly portable since they are lighter than other types of bed, and in case you are the kind of person who love rearranging their bedroom setup you will definitely love the metal bed.

Single Material

When you need to kick back and unwind on your own, you need a single-material bed. Single-material beds are an excellent choice for anyone that likes simplicity and practicality. Without combining materials, you get a clean and uniform looking bed that will match any bedroom. The con of a single-material bed is that they won’t stand out as much as other beds, but this can also be a pro as well, as it means they’ll easily blend into any room and not take attention away from other features that are nearby. The single-material is recommended if you’re after a bed for a minimalist setting, something that looks very simple and neutral - then you’re going to be satisfied by the single-material bed. Single-material beds also look great when you have two separate beds in the same room - the single-material look really gives the room a strong, matching and consistent appearance.

A steel bed is usually a simple, elegant bedroom furniture, plus no matter your bedroom style a steel bed will complement your style may it be modern, vintage, contemporary, etc. A steel bed design will make your bedroom look even more stylish and chic, and not forget with a steel bed you can easily change the color to match that of your bedroom walls.
