Nice bed, but although everything I read indicates that you do not need a boxspring, you really do. It only comes with four support slats which is not enough to support the mattress.

We got this bed in blue and it’s a great quality bed! The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the slats on the bottom were really sparse. We ended up buying a bunch of wood to fill in the gaps and make it feel more sturdy. Otherwise, we love it!

This bed is a nice and sturdy bed. The size is great and the color was just what we were expecting as well. No problems with assembly, and it's working great for our needs.

Not great. Shoddy craftsmanship, doesn't come with trundle bed which isn't clear unless you read the questions from other buyers. Only comes with four slats, and it definitely does need a box spring actually. Very disappointing for the price as it wasn't $260 when we bought it. I won't be buying furniture from Wayfair again, after this experience.

It's a shame! It's only the trundle and not a combo : bed + trundle as shown on the pic !! 249$ for a trundle that's too much for me! I can NOT return the trundle as it is assembled.... I won't recommend WAIFAIR except if a get a REFUND
