I am so glad I purchased this sideboard because I love it. It was sold out completely on multiple websites. After months of waiting, Overstock finally had 1 in stock and I was able to get it and it's so gorgeous in person. The wood type is a little thin but i don't mind at all because the overall look of it definitely makes up for it

Questions & Answers

How do you take thee drawers out to attach the legs?
The metal drawer guides on this unit have a built in safety feature to prevent accidentally pulling a drawer out. To remove the drawer you need to open the drawer to its fullest extension then using a little extra force, pull it past the safety stop. The drawer will move past the safety with the extra force. To re-install the drawer put the drawer guide back on the track and you will need to push it past the safety stop with same amount of extra force. Once re-installed, the safety stop becomes functional again and the drawer will operate smoothly.

Natural

A natural finish dresser will create a subtle and understated look in your home. ‘Natural’ can mean many things; most often, a natural finish will be a neutral-colored furniture piece that is crafted of a subtly colored wood (like parawood). Natural-finished furniture pieces serve to enhance a rustic, coastal, or farmhouse design motif, but are versatile enough that you could integrate the piece with your existing furniture. While a natural-toned dresser or chest may seem simple, it’s anything but; a natural finish is sophisticated and distinctive, not to mention versatile. Metal

Back in the day, there was a time when wood was always the go to material for all things furniture. However, homeowners are now willing to use different materials for various reasons. A good example is a metal dresser. However, unlike a wooden dresser, it's much more durable as it does not wear and tear easily. And with very little care, it can stand firm from one generation to the next. A metal dresser or chest is much more stylish as compared to wooden ones, and no matter your décor or theme, a metallic dresser or chest will complement your current interior decor. Metallic dressers are also quite popular for their low maintenance needs, which is a common trait among most metallic furniture. All you need to do is wipe it with a piece of cloth to get rid of the dust, and in case of rust, a fresh coat of painting can always do the trick.

Wood

Wood is classified into two major categories, that's is softwood and hardwood. Softwood is easier to work with hence making elegant dressers and chests in your room. On the other hand, hardwood is the most durable material when it comes to furniture making. Wood is well treated to the longevity of dressers & chests. If you love personalized touch in your dressers and chest, you can always go for these materials because it's easier to work with compared to metals. Wood does not rust but if not well treated it can get attacked by wold borers or termites. A wooden dresser can be enhanced by applying a finish to give your dresser an attractive final look.
