We decided to get this bunk bed for our daughters. We had a Daybed with a trundle for about a year and it was a total pain and we needed more storage. After months of looking I finally picked this one because the extra drawers. I was nervous because I saw some negative reviews, but I am very happy we got it. It took as long as expected to set up since its a large piece of furniture!! It’s a brown gray color, and flows well with their other furniture. I don’t love the knobs, so I plan to replace them with some ceramic ones to add a fun pop of color. Also behind the two pull out drawers there is room for two rolly under bed storage containers, which is has been nice.

Saw this bunk bed originally on Wayfair for almost double the cost. Took a chance and ordered through Amazon and I am not disappointed! My kids love their new beds and it’s super sturdy with tons of extra storage! And it was pretty easy to put it together I did it all by myself so...

Our girls are absolutely delighted with this bunk bed. I love that it has stairs. The color is really nice, truly a rustic gray. The quality isn’t amazing, but we also felt like we got it for a great price, over $300 cheaper than other sites for same item. One of the pulls for the trundle was defective, ended up buying two new similar ones at Lowe’s. My husband is pretty handy and was able to put everything together no problem, just took some time.Would definitely buy this again for the price!

Ok, so it does look nice and I think it will hold up well for our two kids. Here’s the not so good. It came missing two of the side support rails. Something I did not notice until it was half way assembled. Maybe I should have checked all of the parts prior to disassembling the kids existing beds and beginning assembly on this. Here’s the problem with that. It comes in 5 HUGE boxes and I cannot imagine many people actually taking the amount of time and space to do this. In fact, even though I opened every box, I did not realize the rails were missing until I went to install them.I sat scratching my head for a while wondering what to do since the kids room was in shambles and I had a half assembled bunk bed. A trip to Lowe’s later, I was able to fabricate the two rails myself and was eventually able to complete the assembly, but it added about 3-4 hours to the build. In total the assembly took about 8 hours including the under shelves. It would have gone much quicker without having to make two of my own support rails. I highly recommend visiting the manufacturers website and downloading the plans ahead of time like I did so you know what you are getting yourself into.A few tips. The instructions and the hardware are located in the dresser box. Boxes are labeled with contents. Use a variable speed drill with a number 4 hex bit, will save you lots of time and wrist pain. A hex key is included, but that takes forever and eventually you need to use two hex keys to screw in the final attachments. Using that cheap hex key to hold the one end straight and the drill to drill in the bolt is much easier. Finally, have a second person on hand to hold up the large panels while bolting them together. I did not have this and the kept falling over while attaching the side support rails.Read more

Was very disappointed when I opened this... The dresser was all broken in pieces.(was supposed to be pre assembled) but as you can see in the pictures it was all broken. Then yhe support beam is broken.... Looks like it was going to be an amazing bed for my son. And the disappointment in my 6 yr olds face was the worst part of the whole situation...

It can pretty beat up and a few broken parts. I tried contacting the manufacturer and have never heard anything back from them. I would not recommend on getting this. Also was expect a little better quality. I would of sent I back but would not even know where to start when it was already half assembled by the time I see the broken parts and would have been a real pia to send back and would not even know how to box it back up.

Twin

A Twin bed also referred to as a single bed is one of the smallest bed in the market with a dimension of 38’’ by 75’’. Its compact size makes it ideal for single sleepers may it be children or an adult living in a small space such as a studio apartment. It’s an affordable and versatile bed set up for various sleepers such as toddlers and college student in the dorm. For over several decades it has been one of the most popular beds among college students and young children in their early teens as you can find it in most of their bedrooms, however in this modern age where people are seeking for more comfort and space, the popularity of twin beds is been over taken by queen size beds. Despite being great for growing children it’s also very flexible and versatile especially if you are trying to maximize the space in your bedroom.

Gray

Gray as a color can be somehow depressing and uninspiring especially in a darker bedroom, and as you already know sleeping in a gray bedroom is not as satisfying as sleeping in a brighter bedroom. Gray might not be as inviting as other colors but that doesn’t mean that a Gray bed is not a good choice for your bedroom. All you need to know before choosing a gray bed or any other no so bright colored bed is which bedroom décor is the best for that specific bed color. With a gray bed it can be really advantageous especially if you have an all-white bedroom since it will tone down the general look for your bedroom, creating some form of contrast. In case you have a bright bedroom and you wish to tone down I would definitely recommend for you a gray bed to help tone down your bedroom décor.

Drawers

A cluttered bedroom is not pleasing and relaxing at all. Sometimes, though your things are well-organized, seeing them still makes your space crowded. Two options are available: throw away your stuff or upgrade your regular bed into a drawer or storage bed. For sure, you will choose the latter, right?

Space-saving and multifunctional, drawer beds can make you feel like you don't need shelves and cabinets anymore. They come with 2 drawers, 4 drawers, 2 full and 2 half drawers, or end drawers built in the bed frame. Full ottoman and half ottoman are also available, where the entire bed offers hidden storage space. Drawer beds can also benefit your stuff since they are hidden, they won't accumulate dust. Finding them can also be easy for you because you have just one place to look at. After all, a tidy room can make your sleep better and more comfortable. And, yes, there's no such thing as too much storage.

Kids

The home is the training ground for children. It's where they learn and cultivate their values and character. So as a parent or a guardian, you play a big role in who they will become. Allow them to be themselves, to explore what they like, and to play with their imagination. Actually, you can start with their bedroom. How? Ask them what wall color they like. If you have an extra budget for a custom-made bed, ask your little one how he would like for it to look like. A car? A train? A spaceship? A dollhouse? Or if you can, build the bed yourself! It can be a great bonding time for you and your kids.

A kid's bed can also be space-saving with its built-in drawers, which can be a way to tidy up their toys and books. Beds with bedside table, where your child(ren) can study and play with papers and crayons, are also available in the market. Of course, kids love to play. Make bedtime fun with tent beds, beds with slide, and house-shaped kids' beds! Surely, your youngster will enjoy both his waking and sleeping hours.

Single Material

When you need to kick back and unwind on your own, you need a single-material bed. Single-material beds are an excellent choice for anyone that likes simplicity and practicality. Without combining materials, you get a clean and uniform looking bed that will match any bedroom. The con of a single-material bed is that they won’t stand out as much as other beds, but this can also be a pro as well, as it means they’ll easily blend into any room and not take attention away from other features that are nearby. The single-material is recommended if you’re after a bed for a minimalist setting, something that looks very simple and neutral - then you’re going to be satisfied by the single-material bed. Single-material beds also look great when you have two separate beds in the same room - the single-material look really gives the room a strong, matching and consistent appearance.
