Really easy to assemble. Nice solid bed, takes the kids jumping into bed without a squeak. Bed frame is smooth soft white with plenty of slats for support. I appreciate that there is a soft felt-like surface on bottom of bed legs so it's gentle on our hard wood floors.I would buy it again.

these simple frames are great. put a bigf piece of art above them and you've found a way to avoid using a big upholstered bed frame: the pinky ring of beds.

We got it in white and very sturdy. Does not squeak to my knowledge. Also, does not sag anywhere. It is for the guest bed so a good platform frame.

Light weight, easy to assemble, a little squeaky. One metal part arrived a little bent, but we fixed it easily.
Helpful Helpful 6
Easy to put together and looks as pictured. The only downside is it started to creak a little a few weeks after I bought it.
Helpful Helpful 2
Good bed so far... unfortunately one of the ribs of the bed broke last week, granted I have about 2 years with it, but it suck that it broke. My only real complaint is that the bed makes all kinds of noise when I move. Took me a couple of days to get used to it. All in all , for the cost, good bed frame
Helpful Helpful 2
It looks very good and not too hard to assemble. The slats take some time and you need to stick to the instructions
Helpful Helpful 1
Perfect for a simple frame. It arrived without the bolts, but I just went to local hardware store and finished the project.
Helpful Helpful 1
Not too difficult to put together but it arrived with chips in the gray power coating.

Great bed frame seems pretty sturdy. Went together very easily. Only problem was a couple of important missing parts-the black end caps that hold the wood slats-now those slide all over the place

For the price, this bed is incredible. I have a family of klutzes so the broadly rounded corners are *exactly* what I was looking for. Would hope for a more robust central support bar but so far it’s holding up ok. Looks great.

Sure looks good and solid thanks

No one has slept on this yet. Initially impressed. Easy to put together and take apart to store. One rail was a bit bent (bought 2 frames). Had to fix the flaw to fit parts together — reason for 4 stars. So far — really like!!
Helpful Helpful 0
Very easy to put together! Nice and sturdy, doesn’t take up much room.
Helpful Helpful 1
I didn't realize the frame doesn't have a lip to it to prevent your mattress from sliding off the edges.

The bed frame is light and sleek looking, which is nice. The wooden cross bars are attached to the frame by plastic inserts. If anyone sits on the edge of the bed, even a child (40 kg) the mattress will drop through the bed, as the wooden bars given in. It gave us a scare the first time it happened and made a terrible noise. It appears that the wooden bars slide out of plastic inserts and just fall out. This happened multiple times and now we need to tell anyone who wants to sit on the bed that they cannot sit on the edge of the bed. My daughter can only get in the bed if she sits towards the middle of the bed.

Métal is very cheap,Have only had for 8 months and the bed frame legs have completely bent and now the slats will not stay in place - very disappointed with the quality
Helpful Helpful 0
Makes too much noise
Helpful Helpful 0
Its nice but mine show up with a big dent in it
Helpful Helpful 0
didn't see there was a bar in the middle, and is a bit flimsy. also no attachements for a head board

Bought for two large adults because weight capacity was up to 1300lbs. Collapsed after 2 months. Very creaky! Slats regularly fell out from normal activity, like standing up. Cannot recommend.

The bed was delivered promptly 2 days after I placed the order. I did not have to sign for the FedEx delivery. The installation is very basic, all the tools are provided. However, when tightening the nuts on the center frame bar, my socket wrench came in very handy. It works well with my memory foam queen mattress. I does squeak occasionally. I’ll have to investigate where that’s coming from.Update The creaking noise is getting progressively worse, even after tightening ALL pieces. It feels solid, but the noise is quite annoying. I would not buy this again.

Duarte Metal Bed review
Horrible frame! Very poor workmanship. Frame joints not straight, chipped paint, orange peel paint job, wood is warped. Another reviewer said the wood slats fell down (which I didn't believe) till I got this. Now I can see how that would happen with seeing the wood slates in person. I loved the look and was thrilled to get this and am sorry I did now. Maybe I got a dud and other are better?
