Installation was easy. Installed it by myself and I’m only 5’2. Sits at great level so you are not sitting down and looking up (that’s not good for your neck). Quality not bad at all. Great when you can’t put anything on wall.

I liked this so much I ended up getting a 2nd one. I used the first one in the bedroom for a 50" TV and the second one for a 55" TV in the living room. It doesn't call attention to itself and takes up very little space (great for a small apartment). At first I was worried because it seems so slim and the TV so heavy, but once you have it mounted and secured it is very steady. The slight swivel is convenient as well if all your seating isn't directly in front of the TV. My 90" sofa is centered in front of the TV with a recliner next to the sofa. The swivel is just enough that I can tilt the TV to make watching from the recliner comfortable.

The description of height is not accurate. I'm 5'0ft tall and I stand over the entire equipment, without the TV. Based on my measurements, without tv mounted, at its highest level is 47". With TV mounts brackets only the height is 53".
