This is a beautiful piece of furniture. The hydraulics took a while to install. I had to contact Wayfair because the delivery men could not figure it out. Wayfair sent another person, who eventually figured it out.

Awesome bed. Great quality and great extra storage space. It’s beautiful. I paid for set up and the guys were done in 30 minutes! PS California king mattresses are too long and too skinny for this bed.

a very nice bad, nightmare to assemble, took 3 people 3 hours. Had to drill new holes, needs a lot of manpower to fix the manufacture flaws.

I love this bed! However, the assembly was horrible and that is why I gave it 4 stars. The instructions were vague and we had the drill holes in the metal frame to make it work (not an easy task), but in the end the bed has been perfect. I love the storage underneath for all my extra linens and pillows. The color is true to the photos. I would buy it again if I had to do it over.

This is a beautiful piece of furniture. It's good quality and looks just like the pictures. The lift mechanism is awesome and provides loads of storage. The only reason for the 4 star review is that it's a pain to put together. Some of the hardware had to be hammered in to the holes as they didn't fit. Definitely needs 2 people at least to put it together.

This is a terrific bed with huge storage benefits. The reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because the set-up was tough enough without poor instructions. I'm guessing the instructions were so lacking due to problems translating Italian to English. Having said that, we really like the bed and the hydraulic lift for storage. The storage area is probably twice that of a conventional pull out drawer. The color varies with the light, sometimes it looks brown and other times more of a gray.
