This stand is very nice, easy to assemble, the only issue was the slide latches which were tight so a little lubricant and pressure did the job, I did not pound on the unit just body weight and downward pressure. Put together my self in about an hour. It took longer to unpack. It is sturdy, not a light weight. Received with no damage and complete hardware.Color is cream antique white with a nice distressed look. 50 inch TV on top. Very satisfied.

Love, love, love this tv stand. Exactly what I wanted. I read a lot of the reviews before buying, and was worried about items being scratched. Several shelves were scratched, but they are inside so you don’t see them. Everything else that is on the outside was perfectly normal.I have to say I’ve put a lot of furniture together over the years, and this was a different kind of piece. The whole front is one piece, and the whole back is one piece. The shelves are just a drop in, so they were easy.As you can see in the pic, it fits our 65” just fine.

I hate MDF, especially since companies are now trying to dupe customers be referring to "manufactured wood" as simply "wood." Let the buyer beware, as many companies have zero scruples about their advertising.I'm done with my rant. This stand is very well built, with none of that glued wood dust covered by a veneer. The only non-wood I found was the top. I don't know what to call that material, but it is sturdy, heavy, and hard, resistant to scratching or denting. It looks great and we get many compliments on it.It was assembled by a friend who is a carpenter. Assembly includes a step in which you attach 2 pieces via a locking mechanism. It was about impossible to do by hand, but he quickly got a rubber mallet and that got the job done quickly.

This is a great piece of furniture. It did take 2 people to put together (for balancing), but it was pretty easy. Once it is assembled, it is very sturdy. It is a lot darker than the picture, but I like it very much--it is definitely a dark espresso. The finish is said to be "reclaimed lumber", and I have to say the manufactured grain is very realistic. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. All in all I give this item 5 stars -- in fact I have just ordered the corresponding piece of furniture (it is called "Durango" and the ASIN number is B074JR3H4Z).

I assembled this beauty today (been sitting in the garage in a box since May) and found the "Lightning Fast Assembly" to be a little troublesome. I couldn't convince the parts to slide, so I went back to the garage, grabbed a can of WD40 and a rubber mallet. With some lubrication and some mild pounding, they cooperated. That said, I like the assembly method overall. Much nicer than the usual cam-lock nonsense. I did not screw the middle shelves in, nor did I add the "anti-toppling" gear. There are no children in this house, and this is definitely a low-center-of-gravity unit anyways. I doubt I could even topple it. Tomorrow, the gear gets moved over to it finally. Very nice unit, seems to be solid wood (not sure what species - something native to Vietnam would be my guess). The packaging was surprisingly solid (and too heavy for one person to handle well unless you're quite strong). I had to open the box downstairs and carry all the pieces up to the master bedroom for assembly as I did not have a helper around today. Tomorrow I'll clean up the mess of wrapping foam and styrofoam. I'm too tired.

I like to think I am fairly handy when it comes to putting things together -- this was easily the most frustrating thing I have ever put together. I was about to give up and I remembered reading the reviews and someone mentioning lubing the pieces together to help them slide into place. I tried that and helped a little but I ended up still unable to snap them all into place. I had to stand the thing half put together put some books under so it was sturdier on the parts where there aren't legs and I could bang it with a rubber mallet into place. I banged as hard as I could because I was so frustrated after a few hours of attempting that I was ready to try and ship that big ol' box back. Also note, that I could tell right away that the "female" parts of the snapping were put too far into the wood but they are super glued to the wood (I removed the screws to fix that first but you can't get them out.)Okay so that was the nightmare part of this, once you put it together it looks sharp. Hides the cables well and it doesn't feel cheap at all. Would I do it again? Probably, I think with what I learned I could cut the time from 4 hours to maybe 1? Just know that it will be frustrating even if you are handy!

I don't know where to start. I'm literally on the verge of tears. Not sure if it was the seller or Amazon but took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Was supposed to be 2 day shipping. As the reviews mentioned, boxes very very heavy so I had a hard time getting it into the house. I can't imagine someone being lucky enough to assemble in 10 minutes, this literally has taken me hours and I'm still not finished. I have assembled so many pieces of furniture even larger and heavier than this by myself. Many pieces do not align and it's very frustrating. Very very very frustrating! Sweating cussing hurt myself and can't say enough I will never buy anything from this company ever again. I am blown away. Things literally do not line up I use WD-40 I use a rubber mallet and things are still off. Very frustrating also I haven't worked since March so this was a lot of money for me. there is even a help phone number on the "manual" included and i called & they said someone would call me back, still waiting days later.Pretty darn frustrated cuz I've been waiting for this piece and thought it was so pretty. Such a disappointment.

Cable Management

Electric devices play a crucial role in brightening the living room and breaking boredom. A cable management feature on a tv stand will ensure neatness while offering safety. Managing cables or wires helps to maintain essential functions and also protect the devices from the clogged airflow due to messy and disordered wires. Demand if such furniture has drastically increased over the recent years which are making them even more valuable, if they are in good condition. Also the type of wood used to make the TV stand must be one of the best back in the day or may even be have been made from a very rare wood species which might have gone extinct or is in the verge of going extinct.

Vintage

Do you love old but classic furniture? Well, If you love old but classic styles, then the vintage style of the tv stand is your choice. Vintage style is for those who love ‘old age’ or ‘ageless’ taste in furniture. A vintage tv stand is made using materials or cutting equipment that date back 20 years ago. Suppose you look carefully at the bottom, sides, and back of the tv stand. If the wood shows nicks or cuts, it was probably cut with a plane, a spokeshave, or a drawknife. TV Stand

Modern and contemporary tv stands are the new way of life. They come in various designs and styles, some are usually floating, and others are mounted on walls and floors. Tv stands don't house too many media items; unlike entertainment centers, tv stands are meant to save on space and use the smallest space available. They are classic and elegant; when blended well with the rest of the living room decor, they make the living room an excellent chilling spot. Tv stands are functional, meaning they can fit in all areas depending on the dealing selected. It is easy to decorate this stand and finish it with artifacts to bring it to life. Tv stands tend to make your living room modern no matter what the rest of your decor is. Some tv stands are composed of shelves to allow you to house minor accessories like remotes or players.

Pine

The pinewood species produces tv stands that are durable and strong. It’s also slightly lighter compared to other woods in the same species. This wood is also very stiff. However, the wood is not quite strong, but it does offer durability. Stands made using this wood are usually elegant and eye-catching. The wood takes paint very well, making it friendly for kids. Because pine is a softwood, it's prone to scratches and dents. They also develop a lovely, rustic patina from age and use, resisting shrinking and swelling. This wood species produces decent tv stands that have different styles. It may not last as long as oak, but pine is still a strong, shock-resistant material suitable for furniture, particularly if you like the rustic or country styles. While furniture made from pine is still moderately heavy and sturdy, it is lighter than oak. Pine has its benefits, such as wood hardness, color, and durability. It depends on what you need as to which is better for you. The wood is also resistant to rot and decay, making it a good choice for durable tv stands.

Softwoods

Softwood wood species is easier to work with, and it’s used to make elegant tv stands. The wood can be cut using machines into desirable shapes, producing a good tv stand. The lower density of softwood timber means it's weaker and less durable. However, there are some 'hard' softwood options with a higher density making stylish tv stands. The wood being soft, can easily be attacked by termites and other wood borers, making your stand weaker with time. They also come in more reliable sizes and qualities than hardwoods. The wood is also prone to scratches and dents. Softwood is not always suitable for high use like floors and can be easily worn down after periods. They have poor fire resistance, which should be considered carefully before placing stand down in different areas of your living room, where softwood might be exposed to those sorts of environments.
