Great, sturdy frame. I had wanted the stationary bottom, but it's actually more versatile to have the rollers and if you're using a bed skirt you don't see the bottom anyway. Easy to put together. Don't hesitate to buy.

OSleep Brookside Adjustable Queen/ Full/ Twin Metal Bed Frame review

This is actually not bad. I bought it as a temporary solution since we moved and had a little fiasco where our movers lost the side boards to two of our beds, one full and one queen. It wasn't hard to assemble, about to use it for our queen-sized mattress. Once we get a new frame for that, I'll readjust it to a full-size one and use it for that. All in all, the adjustable settings make this a great backup (or keeper) bed frame to have, and seems like you can compact it if you have to move. Great value for your money- in my case anyway.

This bed frame was “recommended” after purchasing the tufted headboard. Turns out the grooves on the headboard cannot accommodate the screws that came with the headboard so we are not able to mount the headboard to the frame! The frame itself is easy to assemble and sturdy.

Fits a twin mattress. The wheels are convenient. Only bad is that the rails does not have stop at the end to prevent to mattress from sliding off.

I am completely unhappy how my item was delivered. The box is ripped open, one end is completely open, the other end is ripped up and taped back together very poorly, and puncture marks all over it. I have pictures, but am unable to load them.

Very disappointing!! Overstock just never shipped this to me. I kept watching the tracking & it never moved. Finally after 3 weeks I had to call Overstock & tell them to cancel this order. Of course they charged me for this purchase right away!! So they kept my money for 3 weeks until I had to resolve it myself & cancel this

Questions & Answers

Can this be used with the old screw in type headboard?
yes

Does this frame require a boxspring? I have a hybrid mattress 12" and have not used a box spring in the past.
We do suggest having a box spring or another support system where this bed frame does not contain the supports that most mattresses need. there are only supports in the head, middle, and foot, most mattresses require more support than this frame offers by itself. However, if you are wondering if this will support the mattress we do suggest that you reach out to the manufacturer of the mattress to see if it meets the requirements.

Would you need a box spring for this or will just tht queen size mattress be good ?
Box spring is an absolute must. Don’t even think of trying to make it work without one.
0 Helpful 0
The dimensions seen short. will it really adjust to hold a queen bed
Yes, this frame will accommodate your queen box springs and mattress just fine. It is not too short. It is solidly made and has a center support to help keep your bed from sagging. Most retail stores want $ or more for the same frame. Also, it will convert to twin or full size but NOT king.

Can slats be purchased/used to make this a platform bed?
Hi there! We do not recommend this frame to be used as a platform bed and we do not manufacture slats for it. This frame is designed to be used with a box spring and mattress. If you would like a platform base, we recommend the LU22TTHR (which can be found here on Overstock).Best.

I have both a foundation and the mattress on mine.

I currently have a mattress on top of a foundation. Can I place the foundation on this bed frame?
Depends on type of foundation. If it's a box spring type, then yes, you can drop it into this frame. This type of frame requires a box spring or similar foundation to support your mattress. So, for anyone else who is considering this frame: if you have just the mattress now, you will need to buy a box spring. Several thrifty options available here too.

I have a platform bed with wooden bed rails that is now broken. Can I buy this bed frame and it seems it can fit any head and foot board. But my question is how would the mattress be supported on it? With just a center metal rail will i be able to put the mattress on and it won't sink in? This would help me figure if i should buy this product or not.
A mattress will not be supported by this bed frame alone. An additional support such as a box spring will need to be added in-between the frame and the mattress.

There are no slots on the bottom of this frame to attach a footboard. It also has only 1 horizontal support, so I doubt that it would be sufficient to support a mattress without box springs.

You will need a box spring along with the mattress. That's what I used.
