Excellent mount, extra long (24 inch) mount easily spans most studs in the wall. Mount is very very sturdy, easily holds a 65inch Samsung (about 60lbs). The way the swivel sits in the mount is very unique, it can be moved/slid inside the mount about 6 inches in either direction. This is in addition to the up/down left/right of the swivel itself. This gives a HUGE range of motion once the mount is up. No problems at all with installation. The only CON I can think of is the instructions to mount the bracket the to TV could have maybe been a little clearer, but no issues there at all. Love it, this is the 6th mount Ive purchased (2nd Sanus Mount), and will absolutely buy again.

I bought two of these for mount two 65” Sony X900Fs in my living room. I mounted them side by side to play online games on separate TVs with my friends, but also needed to be able to swing one out of the way, and the other one to center of the room when watching movies, so I needed a swivel mount that could swing all the way to either side and sit flush with the wall. This one does exactly that.I read a lot of reviews saying the mount sags, install is crooked, impossible to level, NO post level adjustment... and I was very worried I would install these mounts to find those exact problems.I am a Union Steamfitter by trade and am very meticulous and concise. I managed to mount two TVs side by side exactly identical and perfectly level. You can do it too. I’m not sure why there are so many complaints TBH.I didn’t use the directions or the website for anything. I opened the box and it was all very obvious. I mocked up the fully assembled mount on the tv first, and measured the lag screw holes to the bottom of the tv. This gave me the info needed to set the proper elevation. Then I bust out the laser level and shot all my marks on the walls. Pre drilled and mounted the brackets, set the arm, mounted the tv and it looked perfect.I did have to adjust the level of the tv side to side after I swung it with the arm fully extended to one side, which is how it will permanently sit. There IS a crappy little adjustment for it. It works, barely, but enough. For the record, the arm does not sag, it is the tilt adjustment that has the play in it. Set your tilt, and shim some 16g sheet metal in the sides if need be. I almost did, but didn’t need to as the post level adjustment had just enough play for me.Overall a very sturdy mount, sits very flush to wall and has excellent range of motion. 10/10 would by again and recommend.Read more

Functionally, the TV mount is solid. The instructions and kit couldn't be better. Overall it's great. There is one HUGE (to me) problem. It is advertised as sliding. This was the most important feature to me by far. The mount does slide. However, you have to remove the tv, and the bolts, then it will slide. That's completely unacceptable to me as I wanted to be able to slide the tv while it's still mounted.

I am very disappointed with this tv wall mount. I had high hopes based on the Sanus reputation and reviews. Things started out well - instructions and all materials were present. I held the template up to the wall plate and noticed that the holes, while pretty close, were not exactly lined up between the two. Basically the template was off in some locations by about 1/4". So I just used level and marked the drill locations using the wall plate. No big deal.Things took a turn for the worse when I went got to step "3.1 Attach Arm Assembly to Wall Plate". I ended up on the phone with Sanus and patiently explained the situation to the representative, who said she was not that familiar with this product line. She then advised me to send an e-mail with photos to av.sanus.support@legrand.com. I was told to expect a response within 24 hours. That was December 21, 2020. Now it is January 4, 2021 and I have heard nothing. So I have initiated a return of the unit and ordered an Echogear instead. Here is the e-mail that I sent to Sanus. I have also attached the photos that I shared."Everything with my installation has gone fine until step "3.1 Attach Arm Assembly to Wall Plate". At this point I am unable to attach the Wall Plate Screws (part #25, four 1/4-20x3/8) to the Arm Assembly (#24). The screws will fit through the oblong holes in the Wall Plate (#20). The problem is that the holes that are in the Arm Assembly do NOT align with the holes in the upper rail of the Wall Plate. They DO align with the holes in the lower rail of the Wall Plate. Here are a few more observations about the Arm Assembly. There is an arrow stamped into the “plate” portion of the Arm Assembly (the part that has the 4 screw holes). This arrow is not shown in your instructions anywhere that I could find but the stamped arrow is pointing down even though Arm Assembly is in the proper orientation matching the instructions. By 'proper orientation' I mean that the long, straight portion of the Arm Assembly is on the top, the adjustment handle is on the right, and the slot for attaching to the TV bracket is at the bottom. I also measured the top and bottom “lip” portion of the “plate” that is on the Arm Assembly and found that one is ~3/4” while the other is wider at ~7/8”.It’s my belief that the moving part of the arm assembly was attached to the “plate” portion of the arm assembly incorrectly at the factory. The fact that the arrow is pointing down is the first clue. The second clue is the different dimensions of the “lip” on the “plate” part the arm assembly. If the “plate" is turned upside down so that the smaller lip is on top, I am able to align the holes for installation (and the lowers work too). Ultimately, I think that these two pieces of the arm assembly need to be reversed in orientation to each other to correct the situation. If you agree with this, is it acceptable for me to loosen the large (~14mm) Nylock nuts that are holding the moving portion of the arm to the “plate” portion of the arm, reverse the orientation, then reattach? If so, is there any sort of torque specification for those nuts?Read more

Junk, flat out. You can make the bracket that mounts to the wall dead nuts level and still the TV is a full 1" out of level. No adjustment for level, like others I used a mistakenly thought this one had. Full motion does not include side to side level in this case. Had to unmount TV multiple and guess at how much the wall bracket had to be out of level to make the TV look right. Hate it. But now it's on the wall and level and I'm just burned out on fighting it, too burned out to pull it all down, lean the new 75" TV against the wall and deal with getting another different one.I would not recommend this thing at all.

Cable Management

Electric devices play a crucial role in brightening the living room and breaking boredom. A cable management feature on a tv stand will ensure neatness while offering safety. All devices must use electricity and cables running everywhere, which can pose a significant risk for any member of the house. With a cable management feature installed on a tv stand, you rest assured of safety and elegance. Stands without proper cable management usually look shaggy, and in case you have toddlers around, you never know when the can will be changed to 'meal' as they don't choose what goes in the mouth. Managing cables or wires helps to maintain essential functions and also protect the devices from the clogged airflow due to messy and disordered wires. Tangled-up lines may make it hard for anyone cleaning the tv stand. The cable management feature is therefore essential to create a visually pleasing and clean work environment.

Black

A black finish on your tv stand is one of the best options for a tv stand. Black establishes an eye-catching relationship between the rest of the living room decor and your tv stand. It also makes the furniture complement each other. The black finish will most likely blend in with the rest of your decor and walls unless you choose a different option. The tv stand itself won’t stand out, but you can use elements around it that do. For example, white flower vases are a great bet. The exact role can be taken on by the area rug or the lighting in the room. Each black tv finish stand has its own set of properties, which allow it to stand out in various ways and to interact with the surrounding space in its path. However, the black finish will easily show dust hence making you clean more. This finish does not take scratches and dents well, therefore expensive to maintain.

Metal

Wondering which best tv material for your tv stands? Worry no more. For a tv stand that is contemporary and modern, metal is the way to go. Metal produces rudimentary designs that are attractive and elegant. The tv stand made from this material is sturdy and will serve you for decades. Metal is easy to maintain. Metal can easily be curved into different shapes that make it easy to work with. Depending on your choice, metal, when furnished with paint, your tv stand will be attractive. This material, when used on tv stand it is shinny, and the edges can be seen. Metal being ductile makes tv stands look fantastic. Metals stands can also be blended with wood to make final tv products. Even though metal can rust, special alloys are applied to reduce or evade rust. Metal materials are readily available and easy to work with.

Steel

A tv stand made of steel is sleek, modern, and extremely durable. Steel is an incredibly strong and long-lasting material that is often used in furniture making and appliances because of the unmatched strength and resilience of the material. A steel tv stand is a perfect choice to enhance a modern-contemporary or industrial home décor motif; oftentimes, steel tv stands have unique, distinctive lines that lend well to a modern aesthetic. A steel tv stand may not be the best choice for homes with small children, as sharp corners or edges may pose a danger; in addition, a steel tv stand may show fingerprints or dirt easily; however, you should be able to clean it easily using a microfiber cloth. A steel tv stand is the perfect way to enhance the modern, sleek, and sophisticated look and feel of your home living space.
