These products are so well made. Assembly instructions can be a bit difficult to understand, but a glass of wine will help. The instructions will also tell you when it's time to refill said glass! The way this brand assembles, you know it's going to hold together well!

I never write reviews, especially negative ones, however this might be the worst thing I have ever purchased. For something that was not cheap, it was made horribly. We spent hours putting it together and followed the directions to a T, but that did not matter. Many of the pieces simply do not line up correctly.. and if you push to force something to connect correctly, you end up breaking another part in the process. We took it apart and put it back together (to see if it was a mistake we made), but it was not. We either got a faulty model of this, where the holes and pieces do not properly fit, or this dresser is just a horrible design. The drawers don't fit properly because the structure is higher in some parts that others, parts of it are ripping apart that haven't even been touched. I will be unable to use any of the drawers and it looks horrible. Extremely upset by the time spent to assemble this and that at this point, it's just taking up space. Would like either a full refund or to be sent another that actually functions correctly if we just got a dud. Never been so upset with an order before.

I expected better from Sauder and I hope it's a one-off but, this is SO FLIMSY. The dresser started swaying bad after I put it together.. Had to use a drill and extra screws and wood to reinforce everything...but-- still...even after I did all that, it FELL APART and when it did, the particle board tore apart with the screws from the other side of the dresser. I paid 280 for a dresser that fell apart lol... I'm PISSED. I reached out to SAUDER for support because Amazon told me to reach out to them for support instead. I've called, emailed and reached out on FB.. we will see what happens. I will update as new developments arise.

This is one of the worst purchases I’ve bought off Amazon. I put it together which was relatively difficult considering I have experience building furniture and furnished my entire house this way. Once completed it rocks back and forth ‍ Husband and I joke about how it will one day blow over and collapse if touched in the slightly the wrong way. I wouldn’t buy this again and it just makes me mad to look at it considering the washed money

This product would have been ok but it came all warped and a bunch of the pre drilled cam holes were drilled more than an inch off from where they are supposed to be....it's good and solidly made but that dont do me no good when it's all twisted and pre drilled wrong so you can't even put it together properly

It is a nice looking dresser and very sturdy. Unfortunately, several piece were broken and scratch when opened it. Looks as if they were squeezed too hard by a piece of machinery. Also one of my braces is a different color (white) as the rest of the dresser. So now that one drawer doesn’t match. I wanted to get a refund but that requires boxing this heavy thing back up. I had to put it together already because I needed a dresser.
