Nice looking bed but assembling is very time consuming. They can do a better job of labeling the parts to eliminate guesswork

Storage is great. Looks nice. Headboard great! Mattress sits up way higher than appears in the photo for better or worse. And I am guessing this works better on a queen size mattress because my full mattress does not quite fill the frame. Also fair warning, the back of the headboard is unfinished so if your bed is not against the wall it is not very nice looking from that angle.

Assembly instructions were somewhat tough to follow. Bracket at bottom corner of bed continually broke. If bed isn't perfectly squared, the drawers don't want to open or close. Bed is ridiculously heavy.

This bed is the gift that keeps on giving, and I don't mean that in a nice way. The folks who assembled it -- and I ended up needing two assembly teams -- had trouble putting it together, and they all said they'd never seen anything like it. When I moved, the movers had trouble disassembling it and reassembling it as well. My move ended up taking significantly longer than planned, which of course, cost me more too, since movers bill by the hour. When assembled, the bed is fine. It's comfortable and provides lots of storage space. But unless you have a smokin' deal on assembly (or are particularly apt at assembling furniture yourself) and are not planning on moving anytime soon, I wouldn't recommend it.

It was too expensive for the quality of the bed. I was very difficult to assemble and it had to be put together in the bed room because the preassembled parts wer too large. The bottom drawers are not covered and collect quire a bit of dust from the mattress. It has some very serious safety issues with very sharp corners on the back of the bed. The bed should have been design for a standart full size mattress and not an extended mattress. I would never recommend this bed to anyone in the market for a bed frame.

Do not buy this bed frame, it is a waste of money and assembly time. The original package was missing crucial metal brackets for holding the frame together, and even after having a second hardware pack shipped it was still missing the necessary pieces. It took about two months to finally get everything needed for assembly. Assembly took several frustrating hours. I should also mention, functionally the storage is a nightmare. The designers didn't take into account including extra space below the drawers, which means they will drag on the floor (if you have carpet they won't even open because of friction). They are held together with weak glue and the "handles" become easily dislodged and fall apart. Important to note is the drawers are on one side only - the main picture is misleading because you would not want this anywhere but a corner of the room to hide the incomplete side. Additionally, it is insanely heavy and there is almost no flexibility for moving it to a different location. The storage was the main reason I bought this bed and that didn't work out so well. But hey, it holds a queen bed (with several unnecessary inches to spare). I will most likely be looking for a new bed.

It is NOT what I expected.Boards have no label on them and takes forever to assemble. During the transporttion, missing two wooden base.....not worth the money and time. One side has drawers, the other side empty.Looking weird...........
