I got the 60-100" swivel tilt with arm model to hold my new 86" flat panel. The TV weighs about 100lbs and I wanted a mount that would hold it solidly without fear of it collapsing. The 275lb rating of this mount gave me confidence it could handle 100lbs.Installation was fairly easy. I made sure to exactly center the pilot holes for the lag screws in my studs. The only problem I had was I didn't have a drill bit long enough to drill the pilot holes as deep as the instructions specified. I went as deep as I could but was still short by maybe a quarter to half inch. It ended up not being a problem- the screws seated and didn't crack the studs. After installing the mount I hung my 160lbs off it and it held OK. Then the TV went on. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to adjust the mount and TV positioning. Centering the TV on the wall was no problem despite the studs for mounting not being close to centered. The only nit to pick is I leveled the TV with the arm articulated out so I could get behind it to tighten the angle bolts, but then when I pushed the arm back in, the TV was slightly out of level. The angle changed slightly between arm out and in. It wasn't enough for me to notice visually, but a bubble level showed the change. All in all I would recommend this mount for applications similar to mine.Read more

This is very impressive. A bargain. Solid steel construction. Not some cheap thin stamped metal product. The wall bracket has no flex at all. Neither do the TV brackets. Comes with all the hardware needed; spacers, bolts, screws. Easily spaces across 3 wall studs. Fortunately, a stud was centered directly behind my TV. Centered on that and bolted the left and right side to their perspective studs. Had plenty of room to spare with the outside slots. A joy to install.

I have my 90 inch, 141.8 lb sharp hanging on this from 2 stud, 4 lag bolts (upgraded to 3/8" lags instead of the 5/16" provided though). Before putting the TV on (as I was STILL not quite sure the 275 lb to be true), I did 10 pull ups from the mount in its extended position. I weight 215lbs. It didnt budge. This thing is solid. Fantastic deal

Highly recommended. Easy to fit, the little level helps but I didn't rely on it.Only criticism is that it could be a little too short to bridge 18-inch spaced wall studs unless your TV will sit pretty centrally over the middle stud. Otherwise the TV will sit to one side of the wall bracket center-line, which may or may not be a problem depending on the size of your TV - the ends of the wall bracket could, in extremis, poke out from behind the TV. With my 60-inch Samsung, it wasn't a problem, but for 50-inch and smaller you might want to check first.

My husband ordered some type of cable that needed to be installed after the bracket had already been mounted. In order to install the cable, we had to unlock the bracket. When you pull on the two strings to unlock the brackets on both sides, you have to be careful !!!! My husband is heavy-handed and impatient so he kept yanking really hard until he broke one of the strings off which made us struggle with a screwdriver trying to release the locking mechanism. We decided to take the TV off the bracket so I could rig up a heavy duty string so that this does not happen again if we need to hook up/disconnect anything again.

No problems with the mount - it's great. But it would have been nice if their instructions included a reminder step about the need to measure the height and width of your TV, the height and width of the wall mount, figuring out the centers of each, and locating the planned center point of the TV after you hang it. I mounted this very near an old mount, and the new larger TV ended up being about 10 inches lower than I would have liked.... too much work to remove and reinstall (so I'll live with it).

The only real complaint I have (other than the inaccurate level) is the lack of back side space. Once the TV is mounted, you better have everything you need hooked up properly. Check every connection before you put your TV on this unit. It holds my 85" Sony just fine. Weight is not a problem. ( I anchored 6 bolts to my studs). The angle is not easily adjusted, and is very limited in range. I did like that I could slide the TV side to side on this unit before I screwed it down. You need a loooong Phillip's screwdriver to reach the screws.

It says its rated for 275lbs, but when I hung a 270 lb TV on it just about every part of the mount started to bend. I think its only rated for 275 completely flat against the wall...when I started to scissor it out the whole thing would torque and twist and I was afraid it would drop my 86 inch monitor! I sent it back right away and went with a non moving mount rated for 350lbs.

Black

A black finish on your tv stand is one of the best options for a tv stand. Black establishes an eye-catching relationship between the rest of the living room decor and your tv stand. It also makes the furniture complement each other. The black finish will most likely blend in with the rest of your decor and walls unless you choose a different option. The tv stand itself won’t stand out, but you can use elements around it that do. For example, white flower vases are a great bet. The exact role can be taken on by the area rug or the lighting in the room. Each black tv finish stand has its own set of properties, which allow it to stand out in various ways and to interact with the surrounding space in its path. However, the black finish will easily show dust hence making you clean more. This finish does not take scratches and dents well, therefore expensive to maintain.
