End result: decent-looking bed with some notable wobble, but it seems like it'll hold together well enough, at least assuming the company replaces a problematic part. But the real story is in the assembly.First off, it came in two boxes, well-packed, well-padded, no delivery issues. We took inventory, and other than part DD being mislabeled BB (making it seem like we had two BB and no DD until we aligned the holes to confirm they were mirrors of each other), everything was present.Instructions are moderately clear, but don't confuse them for IKEA. Lots of poor wording, small photos, and missing information here. The alan wrenches are relatively cheap, and we managed to strip one of them during the building process as MANY sections are not drilled well enough to not have to put HEAVY elbow grease into screwing in, and often, and again unlike IKEA they don't include a comfort handle for the alan wrench. Some sections skip vital instructions entirely, such as for part F which clearly needs to go with the small holes up, but that's only clear if you stop to read ahead several steps and extrapolate what's going to need to attach to it and where eventually, as the photo doesn't show the holes at all. There's also piece 20 which looks like random unfinished wood, but its description indicates it's used to determine spacing of the mattress support slats. Good thing for that, because otherwise the instructions never say a word about using it. And in most cases there are no pre-drilled holes for the slats, so you have to use your own planning and muscles to get them into the right spots. The screws for the desk are the wrong length of something, as they pierce through the top of the desk when screwed in. And again, the desk is not predrilled for them, so LOTS of muscle is needed to screw upwards into it. We gave up an used only two as we didn't want to continue risking damage. The big problem came when installing the backboard, part HH, which is two bars and slats preassembled into one unit. And clearly preassembled wrong, as the top and bottom rails are too close together, so it will NOT line up with the sides of the bed. You can align either the top rail's two dowels or the bottom set, but not both. We've reach out for help with this, and hopefully we'll get a proper answer. But in the meantime we had to proceed with only the top set for stability.I'm aware this isn't an expensive bed, relatively speaking. But it's hardly cheap to us either, and I'm not overly impressed with the results we landed on. Build quality is passable, but build experience was dreadful. I've built a LOT of flatpack furniture, and this was the most exhausting and frustrating I can remember. All told it took us, 2-3 people, 6+ hours to complete which feels like a lot for something that didn't end up flawless.Read more

When talking about coffees, espresso is the strong black one. In furniture and woods, it is actually somewhat similar to that. Espresso is a deep, dark brown color, so dark that it is sometimes mistaken to be jet black when, in fact, it stands between the two colors. If you want your bed to look elegant, go for espresso wood. It will also appear neat because dark color can magically tuck away dirt and dust. When under direct lighting, espresso gives out red hues. Cabinets, tables, and shelves that are in espresso sell more than those in light colors because many people opt for a traditional and classic look. Since it's not black and definitely not a bright color, espresso can be pleasing and gentle to the feeling and to the eyes. It can also make you feel relaxed because of its soothing and coffee-like color, perfect after a long day at work.

Espresso may also be your favorite drink! You will definitely wake up feeling energized just by seeing your bed.
