The materials for the bed are cheaply made. No matter how much you adjust or tighten head board bolts, the head board rocks like sail in the wind. Truly awful sleep, every time I move the bed rocks around and creaks. The bed actually dimensions are about 2 inches shorter than the listed dimensions. Home Depot quality really went down

Be careful whe you buy from this seller. Placed the order, and everything went smooth until I was placen on backorder the again back to normal processing and then again to back orden and then to normal processing. Just too confusing and very unconvenient. I ended up cancelling this order. Homedepot, please make sure to NOT OVERSALE

I am trying to figure out what thickness of mattress I will need in order to cover the gap between the top of the slats and the bottom of the first horizontal channel? Or should I get a box spring?
