Bed has held up very well over the last year. I would advise to do the full reinforcement set of instructions to minimize movement from the headboard.

Bed is a nice color of grey and good value for money. Assembly is easy, but the frame feels a bit weak, and not so solid.

Nice bed. Easy to assemble. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is after having it for a couple years the headboard is slightly wobbly where it meets the frame/legs. It is in the guest room so doesn’t get used often.

Hi, I am sorry to have to start this with a complaint, but I must tell you that it is very frustrating to have to read through 58 of the same 3 or 4 questions! Maybe consider deleting some of the repetitive questions that have been answered months ago?Anyhow, my question is this:Is there any gap AT ALL on the sides? I have a bed now that has a significant gap on the sides and It is very ugly, and moves around all over the place.
Not with mine..My box springs fit side by side in the King frame very snug.

What is the best recommended box spring type to go with this bed?
The two twin Tempurpedics box springs I am using on a king size work out great.

I want this in a king. I just bought adjustable frame. That has two twin xl mattress. Does it work for this bed.
I also have an adjustable frame in queen size. This works for me, but it was a tight fit to make to make it work. Our mattress hangs over the frame and I have to push it back every time I make the bed. I wouldn't think it would work for XL mattress.

I want this in a king. I just bought adjustable frame. That has two twin xl mattress. Does it work for this bed.
Twin XL mattresses are 38 x 80 inches. A king size bed is 76 x 80 inches. Therefore, the mattresses could potentially fit. However, you will need to measure your mattresses to compare their dimensions with the bed frame. An adjustable bed frame is not necessary for this bed and it may interfere with the bed frame already provided. If you would like to use the adjustable frame, you may do so at their own risk.

Will an adjustable base fit this bed ?
An adjustable bed frame will not fit in this bed, at least not in the king size. You will have to use the included support bars that are very sturdy. Also thicker mattresses do not nest into the headboard, ours hangs over the box spring a bit at the end of the bed.

Is the king size mattress included?
The mattress is not included.

Can a split box spring be used in this bed? We just bought a mattress from RC Willey and they told us that they only have split box springs for their king-sized mattresses.
Yes it can. I used a split low profile foundation

Can a split box spring be used in this bed? We just bought a mattress from RC Willey and they told us that they only have split box springs for their king-sized mattresses.
It actually doesn't fit. I found out that split box spring is a western king, plus they sit too high for the top mattress. So basically you need a regular King size mattress set with a low box spring. I hope this info helps.

How many inches deep should the mattress be?
I used a low profile 5" box spring and 13" mattress and it was the perfect height.

Would a low profile box spring fit well (if not better) with this set?
I'm using a set of bunkie boards and they are perfect! I would guess that a low profile boxspring would work however it might stick out above the bed frame a bit. If you can live with that then you shouldn't have a problem.

Would a low profile box spring fit well (if not better) with this set?
Yes a regular height boxspring would make the bed super high. I used a low profile 5" boxspring.

Beds

A bed can be referred as a piece of furniture which is used as a place to fall asleep and relax. In this modern age beds consist of a soft cushioned mattress and a bed frame, the mattress is usually resting on a sprung base, solid base, or a wood slats. Beds come in different sizes ranging from infant-sized cribs to small beds that can just accommodate one person, to large king and queen sized beds designed for two or more people. Most bed are usually a single mattress and a fixed frame, however there are other varieties such as a sofa bed, which folds out of a sofa or a murphy bed that folds in to a wall. Other beds can be referred as temporary beds as they contain neither a bedframe nor a mattress, a good example is the inflatable air mattress or the folding camp cot.

Fabric

Fabric is commonly designed for everyday clothing, and, because of its quality, it can also be used for furniture upholstery. Light, simple, and versatile, fabric-upholstered beds can effortlessly match any interior design theme. They are durable and long-lasting. Fabrics are also soft and comfortable and can even make your bed stand out from the rest of your furnishings.

There are different types of fabric-upholstered bed depending on the textile used and each of them has its distinct advantages and disadvantages. A linen-upholstered bed is breathable, easy to clean, and hypo-allergenic, but is prone to wrinkles and low stain-resistance. A velvet-upholstered bed is good for those with pets and can be dyed in rich colors, but high-maintenance and very expensive. A cotton-upholstered bed is abrasion-resistant and allows you to maintain a cool feeling, but not that stain-resistant and its fibers may weaken when directly exposed to sunlight. A corduroy-upholstered bed is durable, low-maintenance, and inexpensive, but can be heavy. But, whichever type you choose, surely fabric can turn your bed into a comfortable one.

When talking about coffees, espresso is the strong black one. In furniture and woods, it is actually somewhat similar to that. Espresso is a deep, dark brown color, so dark that it is sometimes mistaken to be jet black when, in fact, it stands between the two colors. If you want your bed to look elegant, go for espresso wood. It will also appear neat because dark color can magically tuck away dirt and dust. When under direct lighting, espresso gives out red hues. Cabinets, tables, and shelves that are in espresso sell more than those in light colors because many people opt for a traditional and classic look. Because of its neutral color, espresso is very versatile. It can go well with any home color scheme and design style. Since it's not black and definitely not a bright color, espresso can be pleasing and gentle to the feeling and to the eyes. It can also make you feel relaxed because of its soothing and coffee-like color, perfect after a long day at work.

Espresso may also be your favorite drink! You will definitely wake up feeling energized just by seeing your bed.
