My daughter has been wanting a loft bed for years. Finally decided to get her one for Christmas and could not be happier. Took my husband and son a couple hours to put together and definitely recommend having an electric screwdriver.

Great product, incredibly well fabricated, tight tolerances. Minor gripe about two pieces being misnumbered, but I got it figured out. As a structural engineer, I feel fairly confident that it could be used as a tornado shelter. That sucker is solid.

Great space saver! My daughter has a very small bedroom, so this was the perfect solution with the built-in desk and plenty of extra room for a dresser, cabinet or shelves. Very sturdy and easy to put together. We love it!!!

Instructions were simple enough, the hardest part was due to me putting the rails on the wrong side (user error) having to redo them. Total construction took a few hours. Once it was done I was able to get on top of the bed w my 7 year old to put on sheets so very sturdy, not super wobbly but could use a wall bracket for security (not a priority at this very moment). Overall my daughter loves it I would very much so recommend.

I purchased this bed a couple months ago and it still holds up, it is made with all wood, not pressed wood. I bought this bed for a couple of reasons: holds a large weight capacity. There is a gap where the bed and ladder connect so that kids can get onto the bed without having to climb over a rail. (I put the ladder at foot of bed) the ladder is at a slant, instead of straight down . The steps on the ladder are wide enough too , they are not narrow rods. They are flat comfortable and safe for kids to step on. My child hasn’t fallen off ladder at all. The ladder can be put to the right or left of the bed which is good if you end up needing to switch which end the ladder needs to be on. *my child’s room is carpeted so I haven’t had any issues with the bed sliding around. It does of course move around a little when he gets on or off it. * make sure you have a mattress that isn’t too thick that it will pass the safety rails. The instructions will tell you how thick the mattress needs to be. * it will be easier to assemble this bed with two people. Isn’t impossible with one person. * When putting the slats of wood onto the bed frame you will need to screw them in place. Use a drill much faster and easier if you have one. (The wood slats are thick as they are there to hold up your child’s mattress). My child loves his bed and I know I won’t have to but another bed for a long time.

Two of the bed legs were mislabeled with the wrong part number creating some confusion at the start but once the error was identified assembly was easy. Solid bed which appears to be well made.

I purchased the full size loft bed for my ten year old. She absolutely loves it. Putting it together is definitely a two person job but I did manage to get it up with little help. No real complaints. Have had this bed for five months and it’s held up pretty nice.

What a wonderful loft bed! When our 5 year old asked for a loft bed I began the search to my surprise most reasonably priced beds had a shockingly low weight rating. I’m the mama who likes to snuggle and won’t hesitate to get up there when asked. This bed doesn’t even flex or move when my 6’6” 250lb husband gets up there to read bedtime books. It’s so sturdy. It’s also a good looking bed and works perfectly with our 9’ ceilings.

Bed looks great and seems sturdy for 8 year old. Arrived in good condition. Took 2 adults 5 hours. Paid for Handy to put bed together but they canceled 15 minutes prior. Turns out I’m glad they did. Saved us . Looks great. Ladder very narrow. No way an adult should be climbing up there even tho bed weight limit says 400lbs.

We love this bed. It looks great and creates a lot more space in a small room. My 8 year-old daughter loves it, and will grow with her.The assembly was not as easy as other people mentioned. It definitely is a two person job. Also ,there was a small dent on a part of the desk. However, overall we would definitely recommend it!

This bed fits perfectly in my daughters small bedroom ( 10x11) and opens up some usable space underneath. The finish and fit of the pieces is great and assembly took 2-3 hours with one person. A second person would be helpful to get the basic frame standing and after that its easily a one person job. All pieces were labeled and all hardware was included with easy to follow instructions. It was a touch shaky when I got on top to fit sheets( Im about 190lbs.) I plan to anchor the bed to the wall to hopefully increase durability and reduce movement. I recommend sticking on furniture sliders to the bed posts, desk legs and ladder rails pre-assembly to prevent scratching floors. I had to move the bed around to assemble it in the small space and this kept my floors protected. Hoping this will last my kiddo through highschool.

I bought the twin loft bed. It comes with one large box and one small box. The small box is for the desk that you can assemble later. The large box is for the bed and is super heavy so be aware when moving it or laying it down. It could crush you down. The box is glued very tight so you can use a cutter to cut carefully along the corner edge to get it open. The instruction is simple to follow but few tips -1. There are number on side of panel but usually only one side. The bigger hole is for the wood connectors while smaller hole for screws.2. The screws are put in the bag with a little paper that categorizes them. It’s better to separate them into different bin so you know which parts are for which. We lost track of which screw are for which category soon after those little paper got out and mixed up3. When assembling the board with the U shaped metal on it, make sure you look for the arrow on the side and have the arrow pointing towards the top of the bed panel. Both sides need to do this right or you will find installed backward and need to dissemble the whole side to correct that. Once you find every slate would not lie flat on the backbone, you would find it is not installed correctly.4. The paint is easily scratched so handle with care although this is a kid bed so it will be scratched all over the place anyway. There are few imperfections here and there so mind those.5. The first and last slate (#15) screw oddly into the circular hole and does not hold very tight. I read many times to make sure I followed that correctly.6. Have a power drill handy or prepare to turn those screws about 50 round each manually and there are 70+ screws. We took over 5+ hours for 2 person to assemble because we need to disassemble one side of panel to correct that U shape metal for the slate backbones.

So far this has been great. It's sturdy, the kids love it, I feel like it's well made, and I think it will last as long as they want it. It also is built well enough to allow a parent to climb up into bed with a child, which many loft beds aren't. The only real drawback (and only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars) is that the wood is taking a long time to shed the chemical smell. It has abated since the first day or two (when we closed the room and opened the windows) but a week later it still has more of a smell than I'd like. But overall I think it's a great product, at a very fair price.

I bought this for my grandon's 13th birthday as he was getting his first room without sharing with his younger brother. I think it looks less sturdy than I would have imagined, yet it's a year later and it still works for him. I will say he is slight built and this year he has grown to be a bit taller than I at 5'4", but he is still happy with it! I would probably say that it might be too small in another year, but it does have good stability.

Good, solid construction…looks and feels good. I’d recommend two people to assemble, but I did manage to do it solo. Minus one star because to bolts are a little soft and strip easily.

This does the trick if you need a loft beddesk set up and don’t plan on having it a long time. The wood is starting to chip (I’ve had it for a year and it’s been through 1 move). The desk isn’t very deep. We had to put a shelf on the wall in front of it and over the built in part to fit a computer monitor.

Very Disappointed As soon as we opened the box, we noticed the paint was chipped on some of the boards. Very poor quality. Once we began assembling, we noticed the instructions are hard to understand, the numbers to mark the boards were incorrect. All the parts don’t fit correctly. We were missing some screws also. The bed is not sturdy whatsoever, my son is only 75 lbs and when he gets on the bed, the whole thing shakes. Nightmare to put together. Moral of the story, don’t waste your money. It’s overpriced for the poor quality. Look somewhere else.

Obviously at under $500 bucks I wasn't expecting anything grand, but this is just really cheap. When my 54 pound daughter climbs up and in the bed, the entire thing shakes and wobbles. I climbed up (I'm only 100lbs) to make the bed and I was really afraid that it wouldn't support my weight. I'm really nervous that the whole thing is going to collapse. I am going to secure it to the walls in hope that it stabilizes it a little bit. Also, the dimensions listed on the website are not accurate the bed is actually 79 3/4 long which does not work for the space I had intended, but we are making it work on anther wall. I would return it, but that would be even more of a hassle to undo what is done and re-box it up.

I am about to contact customer service to lodge a complaint. We got this this bed in December for my 12 year old as a Christmas present. It was not cheap and yet the wood is thin and the bed has increasingly become very unstable and shaky. It feels unsafe. Many many screws are lose and coming out, the ladder is loose and supporting beams are bent or breaking. Very disappointed. And, we used a wayfair person to build the bed so it should not be a problem with assembly.

Such a disaster with these beds. The manufacturer made a mistake in drilling the holes in one of the posts and included it anyways. Instead of three holes in one side, there were four. And even though there was an extra hole, we were MISSING one! And they weren’t drilled through correctly. Seems like someone at the factory messed up and didn’t want to admit it so they threw it on anyways. The beds are so intricate to put together that it took us forever to figure out the flaw. This was super disappointing.

Twin

A Twin bed also referred to as a single bed is one of the smallest bed in the market with a dimension of 38’’ by 75’’. Its compact size makes it ideal for single sleepers may it be children or an adult living in a small space such as a studio apartment. It’s an affordable and versatile bed set up for various sleepers such as toddlers and college student in the dorm. For over several decades it has been one of the most popular beds among college students and young children in their early teens as you can find it in most of their bedrooms, however in this modern age where people are seeking for more comfort and space, the popularity of twin beds is been over taken by queen size beds. Despite being great for growing children it’s also very flexible and versatile especially if you are trying to maximize the space in your bedroom.

Gray

Gray as a color can be somehow depressing and uninspiring especially in a darker bedroom, and as you already know sleeping in a gray bedroom is not as satisfying as sleeping in a brighter bedroom. Gray might not be as inviting as other colors but that doesn’t mean that a Gray bed is not a good choice for your bedroom. All you need to know before choosing a gray bed or any other no so bright colored bed is which bedroom décor is the best for that specific bed color. With a gray bed it can be really advantageous especially if you have an all-white bedroom since it will tone down the general look for your bedroom, creating some form of contrast. In case you have a bright bedroom and you wish to tone down I would definitely recommend for you a gray bed to help tone down your bedroom décor.

Natural

Many people tend to think that in order to create a dramatic high-contrast bedroom space, you need to decorate your bedroom with bright colors or moody greens, blues, and reds. Well, it’s time to think again, because now with a natural colored/themed bed you can create a dreamy, dramatic and romantic bedroom space. A natural bed gives your bedroom a cozy and romantic look which is much better that the traditional rather spooky and cave like look, that is achieved through lots of unnecessary painting. Especially if you are a minimalist a natural bed is your best option as it gives you that minimalist look since it’s perfectly fine without any clutter and unnecessary furnishing and also it provides you with a clean, serene vibe. If you intend to keep an all-natural vibe in your bedroom then you should go and get yourself a Natural bed.

White

A white bed is definitely a show stopper, it’s plain and simple. Despite people referring to white as lack of other colors, a white bed makes quite a statement. It gives your bedroom space a more open and timeless feel, while allowing your bedroom décor to standout even more clearly. A bed with a pure shade of white energizes your entire space giving it a vibrant new look, giving you the illusion of a more light within your bedroom. What makes a white bed a favorite for many is the fact that white as a color creates a relaxing sleep environment. And as you know choosing the right color is very important, since color is like magic and can influence your state of mind and emotions. If there is one thing you should do right is get yourself a white bed and enjoy every single moment you spend in your bedroom.

Kids

The home is the training ground for children. It's where they learn and cultivate their values and character. So as a parent or a guardian, you play a big role in who they will become. Allow them to be themselves, to explore what they like, and to play with their imagination. Actually, you can start with their bedroom. How? Ask them what wall color they like. If you have an extra budget for a custom-made bed, ask your little one how he would like for it to look like. A car? A train? A spaceship? A dollhouse? Or if you can, build the bed yourself! It can be a great bonding time for you and your kids.

A kid's bed can also be space-saving with its built-in drawers, which can be a way to tidy up their toys and books. Beds with bedside table, where your child(ren) can study and play with papers and crayons, are also available in the market. Of course, kids love to play. Make bedtime fun with tent beds, beds with slide, and house-shaped kids' beds! Surely, your youngster will enjoy both his waking and sleeping hours.

Slat

A good bed must always have a strong base. The slat bed design is a type of base made for a bed. They are a series of connected bars that lie across the width of the frame. The designs offer great support for the mattress, hence providing good support to your back when sleeping and allows good ventilation to the mattress. Good ventilation for the mattress keeps them cleaner and more hygienic. The slats are made from strong wood ensuring the durability of your bed. These bases provide good firm support and are a simple and cheaper option. The slatted design comes in two designs to choose from. You can choose from two types of slats - solid slats or sprung slats. They also offer a good leveling of your mattress, allowing it to last longer.

The single-material is recommended if you’re after a bed for a minimalist setting, something that looks very simple and neutral - then you’re going to be satisfied by the single-material bed. Single-material beds also look great when you have two separate beds in the same room - the single-material look really gives the room a strong, matching and consistent appearance.
