It took a while to put this be together but after you do yo have a great bed for the money. Just take your time putting it together and look at the figures in the directions carefully and you will be fine. These bunk beds are very sturdy and my grandkids love them. The local furniture place wanted $1000 for the same beds delivered and set up.

We looked high and low, found this bed originally on wayfair for at least 300 dollars more, and it was literally the same bed and stock photo but with a different name. We went for it on amazon and are so thrilled with the results. Great sturdy bed, suitable for our two toddlers and low-ceiling basement bedroom. Thought we were missing a bolt but it turned out to be in another bag.

Overall, this set is pretty good for the money. It’s sturdy, comes with everything except a Phillips head screw driver. Seems solid and like it will last a good long time. Now for the bad. There were some definite defects in various parts that I had to fix myself. The backing for the steps had 5/20 holes for the small screws in the wrong spot and had to make new ones. The backing was also not cut to match the steps and I had to shave multiple areas to get it to fit properly. The railing from the steps was not made square, and had to be flexed into place. I had to add about 5 finishing nails so that it fit properly. One large wood screw that holds the stairs to the bed caused the wood to split along one seam, but held solid. There were multiple blemishes/dings/scratches on side rails, headboards, and one gouge mark that I was lucky enough to be able to hide against the wall.Overall:Awesome customer service, they do what they can within human capabilities. It’s pretty sturdy, feels solid when occupied, and Barely moved when 2 children (ages 3 and 5) ran up the steps into the top bunk. For the money, I definitely expected better craftsmanship, but am satisfied that, with my capabilities, the issues were minor. The girls absolutely love it though and could care less how much it cost.Better instructions would help. Multiple errors in spelling, labeling, wording, etc, but if you pay attention (very close attention) to the diagrams you can get it figured out without having to re-do it.It takes a while to build! Do not think you’re going to put it together and be done in an hour or two (unless you have more than one person). It took me about 6 hours to do it all by hand and that was with 1 10 minute break.I would recommend NOT using a drill or any other power tool as the pine splits relatively easy and you do not want to ruin it before you even get it together. There are easier ways to put it together than following the instructions step by step. If I had done it the way it was written, it would not have been accomplished. I would be more than willing to help write a new manual for the “how to build solo” side of things. We’ll see how it holds up over time, but as for day 1, the girls and their mother seem quite satisfied.EDIT (06/27): Fantastic bunk bed! Sturdier than any other I have seen/put together! Basic maintenance applies. Every couple weeks, check the major bolts and see if they need tightening. So far, only had to adjust it once and it wasn’t much, maybe 1/8-1/4” of slack and then right back to sturdy.Read more

These bunk beds are great and fairly easy to put together. I did most of it myself while my husband was at work. The directions could have been a little better written (for example- which way should each board face)And I feel like the beds were a great price EXCEPT for the shipping. We had to pay over $100 to have them shipped.

Play Video Definitely not easy to assemble. So PLEASE GET THE ADDED ASSEMBLY. The bed planks that hold the mattress have broken as seen in the video. Bed is only 1 month old not even 45 days old. The companies info is hard to get for corrections. I HATE THIS BED AND WANT A REFUND! Now my 9 ur old has to sleep on the couch because the planks are not holding his mattress up... THE WOOD ON THIS BED IS HORRIBLE

I read that the bottom full size bed has a weight limit of 250 pounds. That will hardly sleep two people! Is there any way to increase weight limit?
You can increase the weight support by cutting 2x4 legs for the boards that go across. It only has a single stand, so implementing more of those would increase the weight limit on the bottom bunk.

Twin

A Twin bed also referred to as a single bed is one of the smallest bed in the market with a dimension of 38’’ by 75’’. Its compact size makes it ideal for single sleepers may it be children or an adult living in a small space such as a studio apartment. It’s an affordable and versatile bed set up for various sleepers such as toddlers and college student in the dorm. For over several decades it has been one of the most popular beds among college students and young children in their early teens as you can find it in most of their bedrooms, however in this modern age where people are seeking for more comfort and space, the popularity of twin beds is been over taken by queen size beds. Despite being great for growing children it’s also very flexible and versatile especially if you are trying to maximize the space in your bedroom.

Brown

Even though brown is not the most obvious color to use when decorating your bedroom. A Brown bed’s warmth nook makes it worth incorporating in to your bedroom. And the fact that you would never expect to see a brown bed or bedroom décor makes it perfect for anyone who loves experimenting on colors and doesn’t like using playful pastels and bright neon’s. To avoid it from being swallowed into the dark bedroom interior, it’s recommended to be used in a bedroom with bright interior colors that bring about more lighting, which is a rich tone up especially to the brown bed and in the process creating another element intrigue. A brown bed is the only way to tone down a bright bedroom interior without having to repaint the walls.

Gray

Gray as a color can be somehow depressing and uninspiring especially in a darker bedroom, and as you already know sleeping in a gray bedroom is not as satisfying as sleeping in a brighter bedroom. Gray might not be as inviting as other colors but that doesn’t mean that a Gray bed is not a good choice for your bedroom. All you need to know before choosing a gray bed or any other no so bright colored bed is which bedroom décor is the best for that specific bed color. With a gray bed it can be really advantageous especially if you have an all-white bedroom since it will tone down the general look for your bedroom, creating some form of contrast. In case you have a bright bedroom and you wish to tone down I would definitely recommend for you a gray bed to help tone down your bedroom décor.

White

A white bed is definitely a show stopper, it’s plain and simple. Despite people referring to white as lack of other colors, a white bed makes quite a statement. It gives your bedroom space a more open and timeless feel, while allowing your bedroom décor to standout even more clearly. A bed with a pure shade of white energizes your entire space giving it a vibrant new look, giving you the illusion of a more light within your bedroom. What makes a white bed a favorite for many is the fact that white as a color creates a relaxing sleep environment. And as you know choosing the right color is very important, since color is like magic and can influence your state of mind and emotions. If there is one thing you should do right is get yourself a white bed and enjoy every single moment you spend in your bedroom.

Bunk Loft

Sometimes, bunk beds and loft beds are often being used interchangeably. Don't fall for it. These two bed types have a difference. Yes, you may notice that they both have a ladder. However, a bunk bed has at least two beds stacked on top of each other and a loft bed, though a double-level bed as well, is only a single bed. Bunk beds are commonly seen in hostels, military camps, and dormitories. In addition, some of this kind come with a trundle or pull-out bed that can accommodate one more person.

On the other hand, loft beds allow you to use the space beneath your bed as a study or work area or as a closet. If the time will come when you decide that you don't need a bunk bed anymore, don't worry, you can convert it to a loft bed. Simply and carefully remove the bottom bunk. Depending on your needs, both bunk and loft beds are space-saving.

Kids

The home is the training ground for children. It's where they learn and cultivate their values and character. So as a parent or a guardian, you play a big role in who they will become. Allow them to be themselves, to explore what they like, and to play with their imagination. Actually, you can start with their bedroom. How? Ask them what wall color they like. If you have an extra budget for a custom-made bed, ask your little one how he would like for it to look like. A car? A train? A spaceship? A dollhouse? Or if you can, build the bed yourself! It can be a great bonding time for you and your kids.

A kid's bed can also be space-saving with its built-in drawers, which can be a way to tidy up their toys and books. Beds with bedside table, where your child(ren) can study and play with papers and crayons, are also available in the market. Of course, kids love to play. Make bedtime fun with tent beds, beds with slide, and house-shaped kids' beds! Surely, your youngster will enjoy both his waking and sleeping hours.

Storage Included

When your bedroom space is small storage can be the biggest challenge you will encounter. Your closet could be a solution but not big enough to pack so many clothes. Well, you may want to buy a bigger cabinet, but you don’t want to pack so many dressers and cabinets into your space that it feels clunky and crowded. Storage beds are a fantastic way to get more space without adding extra furniture, and a lot of them are so stylishly designed you almost don’t notice the drawers are there. This bed design offers a great way to make the most of the space in your room, giving you a place to stash clothes, bedding, and more inside or beneath your bed frame. The best storage beds feature spacious compartments that are easy to access, and with tons of styles to choose from. The most common options are shelves built into the headboard or drawers built into the frame below the mattress. Depending on the reason you want space, a storage bed provides easy access, but if you're storing items that you don't need to get to very often, you can opt for a spacious platform beneath the bed that can be accessed when you lift the mattress. Ultimately, your choice will come down to what's most convenient for you.

Without combining materials, you get a clean and uniform looking bed that will match any bedroom. The con of a single-material bed is that they won’t stand out as much as other beds, but this can also be a pro as well, as it means they’ll easily blend into any room and not take attention away from other features that are nearby. The single-material is recommended if you’re after a bed for a minimalist setting, something that looks very simple and neutral - then you’re going to be satisfied by the single-material bed. Single-material beds also look great when you have two separate beds in the same room - the single-material look really gives the room a strong, matching and consistent appearance.
