Came very fast but no directions! Have not assembled it yet I will show a picture later if I can figure out how to assemble it.UPDATE: my daughter assembled the first one we got. I helped a little. It was a little tricky but we got it together. She bought it for her full size memory foam mattress. The frame looked so nice and it seemed solid so I decided to buy the same one for myself. This one had some instructions in it thankfully. It was months after we put together my daughter's. Assembly does take a little while and it is a little tricky. Just be patient, it's worth the wait. The bed frame is very nice looking and solid. There is no sound getting on/off/moving around the bed. The frame is solid and well build suprisingly.

I don't usually do more than a basic "shipped on time, as expected" kind of review but I wanted to add a bit more on this one. I think this bed is totally ingenious! First, all parts breakdown to fit nearly into the headboard itself. When I opened the package I thought 'where the heck is the rest of the frame??' Well, it's snuggled nearly inside the headboard in a zippered compartment. Although all the components are lightweight they go together to creat a very solid truss system of a bedframe. The assemble did take me every bit of the 45 minutes the instructions predicted, even on the second of these beds, (as we got two for the guestroom). All in all I love everything about it - very nice understated clean modern look, awesome knockdown engineering, great price point, fast shipping in a well protected carton. You can't go wrong with this!

I took a chance after reading the negative reviews and bought it, pretty much because of the color and price. The color is like an arctic white--whiter than I thought. As for the assembly, all the parts were included, including the washers and the directions. After reading the reviews I contacted the company right after purchasing it to get the directions in case they weren't included. I was able to download them but they came with the bed anyway. I assembled the bed by myself. It probably took me about 1:45 min and that's because I didn't read the instructions carefully and tightened the bolts right away. The key is to pay attention where the directions tell you not to tighten just yet. That way it's easier to line up the holes for the next piece that you need to attach. Also, if you have a screw driver with a Torx (star-shaped) bit it goes faster. The assembly was fairly easy and straightforward. So far so good. Delivery time was decent too--approximately 6 days.

I like that all the pieces came contained in the headboard. I did not like all the styrofoam ised for packing the pieces because I’m sure I’ve still got a few little beads of the stuff floating around somewhere. The bed was easy to assemble and I was able to do it myself in less than an hour.My only complaint is the black metal feet that are located about halfway on the sideboards: you can’t easily see them, but unprotected toes seem to find them all the time. I understand the design probably requires it since the sideboards are two separate pieces of wood held together by that same foot, but I keep kicking that thing or giving the frame extra space while making the bed to avoid injuring myself.

We just got this and put it together and seems to be great, sturdy and looks awesome in the room. Reading the reviews was key prior to assembly. Main point being when it says don’t tighten the bolts all the way DONT! I put this together by myself with my two kids running around and it took less than one hour. I should also mention I don’t put anything together generally. I’m usually terrible at it. This was not difficult if you follow directions!

I wish I could give just 2 and a half stars on the app. Maybe I can, but I don’t know how. Anyway, I’ve had this bed frame for about 11 months. For the longest time, I thought it was my box spring or mattress hurting my back, but I realized tonight it was the bed frame! The side posts on both sides were as tight as we could put them when we assembled 11 months ago. Now, the bed frame slips and slides so much on the floor that one post is bent almost parallel inwards to the ground, and the other is the same but outwards! Going to try some non slip rubber pads to see if that will help and maybe I can tighten these again.... but it doesn’t seem to support well AT ALL. they should have had the middle posts the same kind as the corner posts...

Three years ago, I bought a modway bed and one of the side pieces started to break down and finally snapped after a move.Against my better judgement, I ordered another modway bed. I convinced myself that it was my fault because I really really liked the bed.Well, 7 months into my new bed and the side panel started to bulge. 3 months later the panel snapped.I am only one person. My bed is not over used. It is not my building skills that is causing this to happen. These beds are beautiful and the headboards hold up so well, but they are not well made.I’ve been waiting on the company to get in touch for a week. I’m moving in two weeks and am assuming that I’ll have to just add a new bed on top of the moving expenses because I do not see this being resolved by the time I move.Be responsible if you need a bed for every day use. These just don’t hold up the way they should.Read more
